Beautiful View - It was Beautiful View my children like it and you have opportunity to see the main tourist attraction in Stockholm. It's good Price.

Great service and boat - I used this using a 24 hour ticket around £16 8 stops I clouding royal palace (start). Vasa museum and six other stops Good service with pleasant staff. You get free audio and earphone es if you want. And toilet on board too. Used a few times sometimes you have a small wait but quicker that walking

Oh well - Staff at pick up point were excellent friendly and engaging, all other parts of this hop on hop off was as expected, the weather did not enhance the trip , but you get a different aspect from the water view , thanks

Too expensive in comparison? - Quite expensive in comparison. You could have used the ferry cheaper. It may be wiser to judge on the spot which choice is the right one.

Avoid, just awful. - Awful, we booked the boat and bus, both had hardly any information through the headphones of what we were passing. On the Boat none of the sockets were working when we first got on and it was packed so had to wait for people to get off to find ones working. We did the boat the second day and were told the day before that they start at 10 and go every half. We got to one stop just after 10 and were told to walk to the next one as they leave from there and would be quicker to get one. Got there only to be told the 10.30 wasn’t running and had to wait until 11. Paid £36 and neither was worth it

Awful - I bought a 72 hour hop on hop off. I got on one boat. Went two stops. After that they would not let me on a boat or bus saying my ticket was not valid. I have asked for a refund.

Avoid - We booked on a ticket for a 3:30 boat (a specific timed boat) but when we arrived we were met by a very unwelcoming lady who informed us they often over book the boat and we’d have to change times or days. Unfortunately a difficult thing to do on our last day!

Very Disappointed - There was no memorable moment since the supplier cancelled our tour last minute. Was very disappointed
