We meet OUTSIDE of the main entrance to the City Hall. Please try to arrive 10 mins before the start time of the experience. The guide will be wearing an orange name tag and an orange hat that says "Xperience Stockholm".

A Great Introduction to Stockholm - Anna was a wonderful tour guide. She was fun, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our entire family enjoyed our walking tour. It was a wonderful beginning to our stay in Stockholm.

A really nice walking tour! - This was a nice walking tour. Kind of laid back and not too long. It provided what we were looking for so we thought it was really great! Anna, our kind, was absolutely top notch. She was very familiar with the points of interest on the tour and was very personable with a great personality!

A swift but complete city tour - We had a swift but really complete city tour, visiting the most remarkable spots in Stockholm. We had a really good guide by our side and the group was limited to two persons, making it almost a private tour!

Excellent tour at a good pace. - An interesting and informative tour in a small group with Ana.

Guided Tour - Soren was an excellent guide. He was personable and knowledgeable. We did not know that we had to pay for the museum and ferry. Because it was National Day City Hall was closed. We feel that we should have been forewarned.

Terrible. Not what was advertised. Very deceptive with no real tour of the advertised attractions. - The tour was not a tour of the building interior. It was instead, a walk around the outside of the building. We politely asked our tour guide to request a refund on our behalf. We did not take the Viatour since we wanted a tour of the interior of the building.
