Never happened. - I got to the meeting point early to make sure I didn’t miss this. But 2pm arrived and there was no one there. I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I’ve been on walking tours before where there’s only 1 or 2 people so I wasn’t too surprised it was just me but I couldn’t see the tour guide and there was no one there looking for people who look like they’re waiting on a tour (which a tour guide usually does). Needless to say I’m very disappointed. If this company is reputable they should give a refund.

Bad experience - I didn't find the meeting-point as the digital ticket on my smartphone didn't indicate the house nomber nor the exact place on the map.

Tour Guide Never Showed Up - Parking is pretty scarce in Strasbourg. Luckily we arrived around 1.5 hours prior to our meeting time to find parking. The parking garages were well full when we arrived so make sure you add 1.5 to 2 hours of buffer time. We arrived to the designated meeting location 45 minutes to the start time but no one showed up. I messaged them through the app numerous times and never received a response. I finally got ahold of a Trip Advisor representative who tried calling the tour company but only got their voicemail! Do not book the English tour! The cathedral is free to enter. The lines seem long but they move fast. Once inside, it feels like it’s not even crowded. The cathedral is definitely a must see and they have a cool little gift shop if you’d like to buy some souvenirs. I always love to buy Christmas ornaments and they had many to choose from. Definitely walk around the city and enjoy all the awesome shops! I highly recommend eating at La Cigogne which is an incredible crepe cafe across from the cathedral! Absolutely delicious!
