A must when in Sucre! - Chef Moises loves traditional Bolivian dishes and is passionate about cooking. He explained everything about local ingredients and hosts small groups in his kitchen to teach the ins and outs of local ingredients. Our course was run in English and we learned a ton. Highly recommend it!!

An excellent introduction to Bolivian cooking and culture! - This class entailed creating a cazuela de maní, salsa, and cocktail/mocktail with Moíses. We cannot say enough about this class. Moíses is very knowledgeable about the origin of the ingredients and the culture of the items that we made. He insisted that we participate in all aspects of making each item and explained in detail what the ingredients brought to the soup, salsa, and drink. He was excellent about cleanliness, which was wonderful. Handwashing was constant. The soup, salsa, and drinks were delicious! Our only wish is that we could have recorded the whole thing to remember every detail of what we learned. We highly recommend this class to not only learn about Bolivian cooking but also as a great introduction to its culture.

Great experience! - Had a lovely evening cooking with Moises in his home. It was the perfect way to learn more about Bolivian food and their way of life in relation to food. Moises easily accommodated for the vegetarian in our group and kept us on track the whole way through, sharing tips he had learned from his teaches to help ensure the sopa di maní retained as much possible flavour. I loved the cocktail making portion with Bolivian alcohol as well and the drink was delicious! He also keeps an incredibly spotless kitchen! I have never seen one so clean!

Excellent Meal with Moises and Charlie - Moisés is an excellent instructor who not only teaches you all the prep tasks for the meal but also gives the history of the meal and how it is to be prepared. He is patient and helpful as you learn all the prep tasks. His dog, Charlie, provides moral support throughout the entire lesson. I highly recommend this class and we thoroughly enjoyed fixing and eating a delicious traditional Bolivian meal.
