Tour cancelled, difficult to get refund, lack of comms - Got a message by WA from Ronny in Germany saying the tour was off. Then had spent the next two hours trying to persuade Viator that the tour had been cancelled and to give me a refund as nothing was showing on their system and Ronnie was not listed as anything to do with the operator and did or was not able to update their system. I finally got a refund but missed another tour having to deal with this. My impresas they decided to cancel the tour because it was only me..
