Outstanding tour and value - Rich was punctual and professional. Knowledgeable and flexible. We really enjoyed our day. We had requested a custom tour with an emphasis on local flavor. The day was just outstanding. We both appreciated learning about elements of life in Japan as well as well as the history. Highly recommended- would absolutely use again as well as recommend to a friend.
