Following introductions and a brief explanation from your friendly host, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start making your plant-based feast. Using locally grown and harvested produce, prepare a salad with seasonal vegetables, along with tofu for protein.

Next, you’ll learn how to make temari sushi. These ball-shaped pieces of sushi are topped with delicately cut vegetables and arranged in colorful patterns and designs, making them almost too cute to eat! Served alongside miso soup, enjoy this nourishing meal.
