  • emc - First, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink inspired by the flavors of the season in Japan. Next, you’ll get an introduction to Wagyu beef, including its origins, what makes it special, and how it’s graded.

Then, we’ll show you various Wagyu cuts, such as sirloin and tenderloin, explaining their uses and what sets them apart. You’ll watch a butchery demonstration to see how these cuts are prepared for cooking.

After that, it’s time for a cooking demo. You’ll learn the proper ways to cook Wagyu, including temperature control and timing, to make sure it’s done just right.

You’ll then get to try cooking Wagyu yourself. With our chefs’ help, you’ll cook different cuts and learn by doing.

Once the cooking is done, you’ll taste your dishes, paired with beverages that complement Wagyu’s flavor.

To wrap up, we’ll talk about Wagyu’s role in Japanese culture. You’ll leave with practical tips for cooking Wagyu at home, allowing you to bring a taste of Japan to your own table.
