- Pilanesberg National Park - Embark on a full-day safari at Pilanesberg Game Reserve, departing from Johannesburg. The tour includes round-trip transportation to the park and two 2.5-hour game drives led by a highly skilled ranger in an open vehicle. Upon arrival, your guide will take you on an exhilarating morning 4x4 safari drive to spot the wildlife that calls the National Park home. Our knowledgeable guides will provide detailed information about the animals you encounter and will do their utmost to locate members of the Big 5. During the midday heat, enjoy lunch at one of the many rest camps within the National Park before setting off on an afternoon open vehicle safari drive. Our vehicles leave the National Park between 15:30 and 16:00 to ensure a return to Johannesburg before sunset.

Additional Information
After we pick you up from your Johannesburg hotel or residence between 06:00 - 06:30, we set out for the Pilanesberg Nature Park.
We anticipate reaching Pilanesberg Park at about 9am, at which point we’ll embark on our first open vehicle safari drive (approximately 3 hours), exploring the array of wildlife residing within the National Park. From 12 pm until 1 pm, we’ll pause for lunch at Pilanesberg Center located in the heart of the park, where you can enjoy a picturesque view of a waterhole. Lunch concluded, we resume our wildlife adventure with our second Open Safari Drive (around 2 hours), aiming to exit the park around 15:30 and arrive back in Johannesburg between 17:30 to 18:00.

Amazing! - Amazing experience, the tour is Just like in the description.The guides were really amazing, they do their best to get you to see the wild animals. The national park is quite well equipped (bathrooms, food services). Highly recommended.

Must do when close to the area - The guide was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We got to see 3/5 of the big 5 as well as many other animals. We didn’t go more than 5-10 minutes without a new animal interaction. Absolutely amazing day!

Awesome time!!!!! - Everything was awesome!!!!!! My adult daughter and I love the elephants so much to see!!!!! The tour guides were very informative and professional, highly recommend.

Fun Day Tour - It was fun, i enjoyed the day tour. Although we didnt see any cats but i guess it was by luck which i already anticipated. Overall i had fun. ❤️

Pilanesberg National Park Safari - Pilanesberg National Park Safari was really nice. Hotel pickup and lunch were offered. Everything was done in a timely manner. I enjoyed the guided tour in the open truck. We saw a lot of animals. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful experience in a stunning park - Perfect organization with pick up and drop off included. The guide was extremely knowledgable and knew everything about the animals. We also had a very nice lunch overlooking zebras and other animals. Very recommended.

Awesome Pilanesberg Park Game Drive with Good Lunch. - It was an early transport around 6am to get to the natural park. The guide at the park who drove us and explain well. The guide is very enthusiastic and gets us to view as much as possible where we managed to see the leopard. Lunch is excellent at the park restaurant with souvenirs shop. Overall is just awesome, highly recommended.

Enjoy this Safari experience! - This safari experience was awesome. We saw so many animals and the tour guide was great. The travel to the park was long but we made a stop along the way. The food options atrhs park, while limited were good.

Luie ranger - De ranger had niet veel zin om zijn best te doen om de dieren te spotten. Hij reed een aantal dieren gewoon voorbij die vlak aan de weg stonden. Wat we wel zagen was per ongeluk omdat ze op de weg stonden of een van de andere gasten had iets gezien. Maar op onze roep om af en toe te stoppen reageerde hij niet. Ik heb andere betere ervaringen. Deze was ronduit teleurstellend.
