Once in a life time experience! - This trip was just amazing! The hike up the glacier was around 10 min (but mainly because of the strong winds) and when you enter the Ice Cave you’re just flabbergasted by the beauty of the ice. We had a lovely tour guide as well, he was very passionate and gave us a lot of information! 10/10 recommend🫶🏼

Great tour, David! - David was a wonderful guide through the ice cave. He was knowledgeable, safety minded and friendly. He provided some good info about glaciers, the landscape and Iceland that we did not know. I would recommend this tour with David to my friends and family when they visit the area.

loved the day! - Used this business for the ice cave tour at Glacier Lagoon and have to say the whole trip was brilliant -- Bjarni or Mr B was our guide and he took plenty of time to talk about history of area etc and even took photos for couples. at no point was this tour rushed and was thoroughly enjoyable.

The caves really are that blue! - I highly recommend this excursion. Our tour guide was professional and knowledgeable. We got to take an easy hike on a glacier, walk through ice cave tunnels, and take lot of pictures. The helmets and gear they provide was very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and great way to see the glacier.

Fantastic teamwork from Guide to Iceland for a wonderful visit. - All the Guide to Iceland team answered questions and made and/or changed plans for us quickly and efficiently, and they were all very friendly as well. All the Tours we went on were very well organised and the drivers and guides went out of their way to make sure that everyone was well looked after. The scenery chosen to see was truly spectacular. The hotels were very comfortable, especially the Odinsvé. The bus stop situation took some getting used to but it ran like clockwork and was very well organised. I would say that when we are told not to bring our larger suitcases, and therefore obliged by storing it, it was very annoying to see half the other passengers bring theirs along with nothing said. Also, on the ice cave tour, Nice Travel had largely Chinese passengers, including some who draped themselves all over all the scenic spots and took hundreds of photos without considering other people, or the damage they did to the ice features, at all. It became extremely annoying. I would definitely recommend Guide to Iceland to anyone wanting to visit Iceland and needing someone to put it all together for them.

Ice cave - Spectacular experience! Also helped by the perfect weather for this experience, we traveled about 60 meters inside the ice cave. Too bad the high cost, otherwise it would have to be repeated!

Worth it! - The ice cave hike was amazing and the guide was hilarious. Just a few things to note, the pictures you see as a reference for the tour is not the same cave you will see in person. It changes each year but is amazing. You will have to hike a slight incline to get to the entrance of the cave and head down into it. Some people weren’t aware and were a little hesitant but it’s super easy!

A disappointment with Guide to Iceland - We had an excursion to the ice caves with my daughter and my wife. The night before the excursion my daughter fell ill and we asked them to change the date of the visit to the ice caves or to refund the 410 Euros for the 3 tickets because we were unable to attend. They did not refund the amount nor did they change the date to when my daughter would feel better, arguing that she had to give 24 hours notice. I explained to them that my daughter got sick without prior notice and that fever does not understand 24 hours in advance and we gave as much notice as possible. But they stopped answering or following up the case and kept our money and without helping us to reschedule the visit for another day. We have felt cheated by Guide to Iceland. They offer NO empathy for families with children. A disappointment.

Unfortunately only mass processing - I would have expected more for the price. Into the cave, left twice and out again. The guide hadn't warned us about tripping hazards in some places, so we stepped badly off the path and fell.
