Reliable and helpful driver - Driver came on time and was able to help us get out of a busy hotel and into his vehicle with all luggage. It is a challenge on that busy street fronting the hotel.

POOR OFFICE COORDINATION -you need to try a different service - Leaving Sydney on 22 April to Alice Springs GO Sydney office insisted on picking us up at 5:30am for a domestic flight leaving at 1 pm but on 26 April they would only pick us up at 6 am for an international flight leaving at 9 am
The contact person was NOT pleasant and Not helpful at all!
The drivers were nice but on return they dropped us off at check in A even though we told them we were leaving on Delta (check in J)
this meant that my mobility limited husband had to walk a Very long way causing him to wheeze and get SHORT OF BREATH
