Amazing day - Juan José (our driver) and Jordan (our guide) are INCREDIBLE PEOPLE. We had an amazing time with them and they were the best we had during our stay in Costa Rica! THANK YOU BOTH! ☆☆☆☆☆ This tour is amazing, full of wonderful experiences and memories for a lifetime! Nature and adventure, great food and a relaxing time at the Tabacon hot springs. A quick tip for the company regarding the time spent at Tabacon: please make sure that the 3 hours are fully respected, as it is a very important part of this trip. We had only about 2 hours and 15 min to enjoy the springs and we would have loved to get the whole 3 hour experience! All in all, a 5☆ tour. Thank you Juan José and Jordan, thank you A y E Travel!

Best tour in Costa Rica! - The whole tour was more than what we expected!! Saying it was a great experience is an understatement and I highly recommend it to others! What made it memorable was our tour guide Yojhan, he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and such pleasant guy to speak to, he knew all about Costa Rica and happily answered any questions we had !

Great guide but the description is a little misleading I reckon - I took this tour October 2019. The communication with the company was great, the guide was awesome. The group was small and English only. It was great for me that day as I hurt my foot just the day before, but the hike was not really what I call a hike, it was simply taking the shortest track to the lava fields which was a bit disappointing as it’s rather just a few rocks half overgrown by vegetation. Still the scenery is beautiful and the volcano is impressive. The hot spring was a bit crowded and many local families went there to catch up so rather not to relax in a tranquil environment. However, we had a young boy with us and he loved the slides. After all I had a good day but if I hadn’t been compromised with my foot I would have been disappointed.

Is not a Tabacon tour - This is not a tour to Tabacon!! The communication with the agency is terrible, I tried to communicate them twice though Viator, but didn't aswer and finally they replied when I sent a WhatsApp message and just because I foundthe number by Google maps, other way I hadn't been replied never. They instructed incorrect hour to pick up, but the worst was when our guide told us that we went to visit BALDI not TABACON, I choose this tour only because of Tabacon. The only good thing was our guide Juan José who was attending our petitions, he was very professional, respectful and rescued our day, but in general terms I was very disappointed with terrible bad service from person in charge of customer service.
