Each booking is valid for a one-way transfer only. A separate booking is needed for a return trip.
The driver speaks basic English. However, an online staff member fluent in English is available and can be contacted via the number on the voucher.
Pick Up Information:
Your driver will wait at the airport arrival hall or your chosen pick-up location within the service area.
Contact your driver upon arrival at the pick-up location. Driver’s contact details will be provided 1 day before departure (or at the latest, three hours before departure). Please note the driver’s contact information.
For departure service bookings, the driver will pick you up at the address provided at checkout.
Ensure your phone’s International Roaming Service is activated before departure.

Surcharge:
Arrival Transfers
The driver will be punctual and wait up to 90 minutes. After the initial 90-minute grace period, an overtime fee of JPY3,500 per hour applies.
For flight delays under 2 hours, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes without a surcharge.
For flight delays over 2 hours, you can cancel the booking without a surcharge or pay an extra JPY3,500 per hour for the driver to wait.
Departure Transfers
The driver will be punctual and wait up to 30 minutes. After the initial 30-minute grace period, an overtime fee of JPY3,500 per hour applies.
