Choose between SUP or canoeing as you navigate through the lush mangrove forests, followed by a trek to the majestic ‘Kura Waterfall’, also known as the ‘Luck Waterfall’.

Experience the freedom of standing, sitting, or lying on the SUP, or opt for a relaxing canoe ride. The highlight is basking in the dappled sunlight beneath the mangrove canopy! Calm waters make this an ideal choice for beginners.

Next, we venture to the ocean!

Visit the wondrous ‘Barasu Island’, a natural marvel composed entirely of coral debris. Take a boat ride for a snorkeling adventure in the crystal-clear waters near the island, where the vibrant coral life is a testament to the island’s seclusion. Keep an eye out for sea turtles, if fortune favors you!

The meeting and end times may change based on the season and conditions of the day. The shop will reach out with specifics like the rendezvous point and time the day before your tour. Tours proceed rain or shine. However, tours may be canceled if field safety cannot be guaranteed.
Arrive in attire suitable for getting wet.
Please cleanse your hands before joining. (There are no restrooms close to the site)
Participants under the influence of alcohol will be declined.
If you expect to be late, inform us promptly.
For your safety, life jackets are mandatory for all participants throughout the tour. Do not remove your life jacket while on the tour.
The tour is designed for individuals aged 6 to 59.
SUP is reserved for those 12 and older. If accompanying children between 6-11, please select canoeing.

An unforgettable day: it was wonderful! - I took part in [Iriomote]SUP/Canoe Tour at Mangrove Forest+Splash Canyoning, and it was a great day ! Our guide, Ayu, is extremely friendly and very professional. The activities are fun and the scenery is beautiful. I can't recommend this tour highly enough.

I'm glad I participated! - It was my 7-year-old son's first snorkeling and canoeing experience, so I was worried it would be difficult, but thanks to the friendly guide staff, my kids had a great time and it became a great memory. They were very helpful in taking photos for us throughout the trip. Thank you very much!

It was the best day ever. - It was a great day. It was my first time doing the mangrove SUP in the morning, but if you do as instructed, you can paddle comfortably and it was fun. At the end, you can enter the basin of the waterfall and it feels great. Snorkeling at the coral island in the afternoon was a great way to enjoy the crystal clear waters. The boat took us out quite far into the ocean, and we were able to observe beautiful coral reefs and various fish. We were also lucky to see a sea turtle. We went in August, and the water was warm and very pleasant. And Matsuko, the instructor who guided us this time. She gave us a detailed explanation of the tour and told us a lot about the charms of Iriomote Island, which was very enjoyable. Next time I come, I would like to stay for about 2 nights and 3 days and explore the island more. I think being able to have fun talking with the instructor is also one of the attractions of the tour. Thank you very much!

I recommend the one-day tour! - I was a bit worried about my physical condition, as the course involved snorkeling followed by SUP in the mangroves, but the schedule was relatively relaxed so I was able to enjoy it until the end! Above all, all the guides were kind and caring, so I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind! I think it's definitely more enjoyable to experience the great outdoors of Iriomote Island with a professional guide ^^ I'd like to try other courses next time too!

Great for both kids and adults - We participated as a family of three (one of us is in the upper grades of elementary school). We went along the river in the green mangrove forest, and it was cool and refreshing in the shade of the trees. It was my first time on a SUP, but the river was very shallow throughout, so we didn't feel scared. The trekking guide was very considerate and told interesting stories, so the children had fun too, and we didn't get bored until we reached the waterfall. In the afternoon, we landed on Barasu Island and found lots of coral and island clownfish, which was a lot of fun. Next time, I would like to stay overnight on Iriomote Island and try a night tour.

The activity was great!! - It was a lot of fun. I felt refreshed after taking a leisurely canoe ride. The trekking was also great as we got close to the bottom of the waterfall. The sea was beautiful and the snorkeling was close to the fish, and we were able to take lots of great photos. Thank you very much.

I was able to enjoy nature with my family. - My family of four participated. We were able to give our children a very valuable experience by canoeing through the natural beauty of Iriomote Island and snorkeling the beautiful coral reefs. The instructor was very kind and explained a lot of things, so even my anxious child was able to enjoy himself. We were able to enjoy a wonderful time as a family.

Enjoy the mangroves and snorkeling on this Iriomote Island tour! - It was my first time on Iriomote Island, so I wasn't sure which course to take, but I chose the 1-day course and it was the right choice! I really enjoyed Iriomote Island with the sea and the mountains!! My daughter, who wasn't interested in the mangroves, also enjoyed herself and was very satisfied! PIPI's polite and easy-to-understand service allowed us to travel without any worries. Thank you so much to Yoshi-kun, who was in charge of our trip. I hope to visit again if we have the opportunity.
