- Rio Celeste - You will then participate in a 4-hour hike which is a little difficult for some, but the end result is definitely worth it. After your walk you will arrive at the Río Celeste (Río Azul). The blue color you will see is the result of a chemical reaction between two rivers that merge and contain different volcanic minerals. It is a very rare phenomenon that creates a fairy-tale beauty.
