Nice airport - Great airport. Efficient staff. Our flight in as rerouted and our luggage was misplaced. The staff were efficient in tracking and having it delivered to us the next day. Plenty of car hire options available. Enough places to eat - but yes it’s expensive

Great experience! - Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and Cyrus was great working with us. We were picked up in just a couple of minutes and he was very nice and courteous. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

Disappointed with service upon arrival 3/11/23. - Arrived Southwest flight 2262 at 7:40 pm on 3/11/23. Took 30 minutes to get a gate assigned so we sat on tarmac waiting. When we got a gate there was no Sky Marshall to direct aircraft to gate. Luggage took 45 minutes. All told with trip out to econo-parking it took us nearly 2 hours after landing to drive out of airport. Too many bosses not enough workers?? Also Luggage area needs to better accommodate long luggage bags. Ski bags especially do not fit around the turns on the conveyor belts. They need is a "slide" area to deliver the oversized items.

Car Rental DISASTER! - The Tampa International Airport is so good and nice, but totally fails at car rentals. Imagine flying in, making your way to the car rental area in less than 20 minutes, then waiting THREE HOURS to pick up your pre-reserved car!!!!!!! This happens EVERY time I use this airport. NO other airport has such a long wait for a car. It took longer to pick up the car than it took to fly to Tampa from Detroit! WORST airport car rental function I've ever experienced.
