Everything was easy! We booked online, they sent us a parking code to help with expense, seats available while you wait (if you get there early), easy to enter/exit the boat, comfy seats, friendly & knowledgeable captain/staff, and great picture for memories. Really enjoyed them working to get us a great experience even when the dolphins weren't willing to play initially. I wouldn't change a thing, it's a great experience!
