Adventurous Tangier 🇲🇦 - Excellent tour, it truly exceeded our expectations! We had a lot of fun and took away beautiful memories of Tangier, looking forward to returning. 🦋🇲🇽

One of the best Tour companies we have ever used! - Radhi’s personally made our day stay in Tangier a day to remember. He took care of us right from the get go in very short notice, provided very comfortable van with ample luggage storage, showed us a huge number of sites, included the memorable camel ride and a detailed tour of Tangier’s intricate Kasbah/Medina. He was energetic, enthusiastic and a joy to listen to as he hold told us all about his home city! Most importantly, he is dedicated to making sure guests to Tangier experience the city with comfort and patience, which is rare these days. We Would highly recommend Radhi and his company for future tours all across Morocco!

Best tour and guide ever! - Let me start by saying that the 4 of us (from Canada 🇨🇦) thought that this was the best tour and guide we have ever had ☺️ Rydi was very accommodating, polite, smily, attentive, plessnt, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were VIPs. All of our time with him, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time in Tanger. Everything was orgnaized perfectly and we never wasted time waiting for anything anywhere. I had spent a lot of time finding a tour that include going out of the center to Cap Spartel, etc, and also visit the medina and the Kasbah. This tour does exactly that! So you stop at all the main spots in the City. The van was pristine and we felt very safe during the whole tour. No one pressure us to buy anything either do that was nice. Really you shouldn’t hesitate booking this amazing visit. Rydi, I thank you again for making our day one that we will remember forever ☺️

Fun in the Sun! - Omar was a wonderful guide! He was very knowledgeable and made exploring the local Tangier scene extremely exciting! The ride was very clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciate Omar for helping when it came to speaking with locals! He had a great attitude and made sure we saw all the beautiful and historical sites of Tangier.

Tangier in five fun hours! - Our tour was great! Omar our tour guide was so knowledgeable and accommodative to our family’s needs! We learnt so much and enjoyed thoroughly, we strongly recommend this half day tour in Tangier with Omar!! Thank you!

Best tour ever!! - This tour was the best part of our entire trip. Our guide Radi and driver Nazar were beyond amazing. They picked us up from our hotel in an immaculate car, drove us around to see all of the amazing views that Tangier has to offer, and walked us through the Medina and Kasbah and even brought us shopping. We had tea by the lighthouse and an absolutely delicious lunch in the Medina. They were so nice and fun, we just loved hanging out with them. They were also so patient with us when we were shopping and helped us with prices of things we wanted. We only had one full day in Tangier and we felt like we saw so many things but at a comfortable pace. We would 10000% recommend this private tour to anyone!

Tangier tour - Our tour with Omar was fantastic! We got to have a typical Moroccan breakfast overlooking the ocean, stand at the confluence of the Atlantic and Mediterranean oceans, and shop in the old Medina. But the highlight for us was the camel ride on the beach. Omar was full of information about his country and customs and I would recommend this tour company for anyone who would like a more personal experience.

Unique experience - Thank you for the unique experience of Tangier. Radi is excellent throughout the trip. We felt comfortable with him, he showed and shared with us the history and culture of every places we went.

Very informative, considerate and helpful. - Our guide Mohcine Makhlas was very proactive in finding us at the port where our tour began. He spoke English very well and understood what we wanted to see in Tangier and prioritized to fit everything in in the time allocated as we only had a short stay in Tangier. Mohcine was very helpful including when I couldn't walk back up a steep path from the Cave of Hercules and helped push my wheelchair back up, also lent us money for admissions to save time and we paid him back from the ATM with extra for him and the driver for their tip. He was very informative and we learnt a lot about the culture from him. The driver drove very well and got us back to the port in plenty of time before the 'all aboard' time. Mohcine treated me as a brother and we felt the same way too, I strongly recommend him for everything on the tour he took us on.

Not Disability Friendly Tour Company - I have a mobility condition and Tangier has been on my bucket list. It’s a challenging city for those with disabilities so we booked a private tour where I could explain my limitations and paid 4x’s public tours. We chose to go to only two places on the half day tour which usually included several stops knowing we’d need to move slow. Upon arrival a friendly guide expressed an understanding of my mobility issues and said he’d make sure we were taken care of. Within minutes, he passed us on to another tour guide but again said this guide was aware of my needs. This new guide sped so far past us we couldn’t ask questions and when I repeatedly explained I need to slow down, he didn’t. Our first stop was the Herculean caves as listed in the tour as inclusive. Upon arrival he passed us to another guide who then asked for another ticket fare and a tip. Upon exit I asked if there was water in the car which was also supposed to be included according to what we purchased, there wasn’t. But when I expressed it was included he kindly bought us water. We then went to the market which were the only two sites of the five offered in the price we requested. I explained I needed to rest and asked to sit for lunch before the market and that we didn’t have cash and need anywhere with food that took a credit card.. He said he knows the right place. He parked blocks away then didn’t help us navigate through oncoming traffic which is intense there. Running through the middle of multi lane traffic for someone with a disability is a challenge, especially in the traffic in Tangier. He then toured us through a five story home, walked us through a beautiful market but was so far ahead of us there wasn’t any information given as to what we where seeing or actual support. It felt the whole reason of our hiring someone for disability issues were completely dismissed. Instead of feeling supported, we felt totally unheard. I repeatedly asked to slow down so that I could experience Tangier. He never slowed down. He was always many yards ahead of us without explaining where we were or what we where seeing in the market, like spices we’d never seen and wondered about but he was so far ahead we had to keep running instead of seeing what was there. The worst part was when we wanted to eat and said we needed to use a credit card since we hadn’t expected to pay for tickets and side tour guide tips since we thought it was all included besides the lunch. He said he brought us to a place that takes cards. I also said I need a light meal of maybe grilled fish and he said this place was perfect. They sat us down and didn’t give a menu but brought us food. Not a light lunch of grilled fish at all. Then when the bill came, they didn’t take cards and the restaurant owner took my husband to a cash machine. My husband found the guide and asked him to stay with me while he was looking for a cash machine. The guide did not sit with me and I was alone. The cash machine didn’t work and it became more expensive than a lunch in my hometown in America. That became challenging to figure out how to pay. We finally figured it out and the guide was kind enough to bring the car nearby so that I didn’t have to walk more. We obviously ended the tour early. This tour really was a bummer for me. I won’t have more opportunities with my mobility to take a visit to Tangier. And the guide obviously didn’t care about my disability. I felt so disrespected by his lack of care. Even after repeatedly asking him to slow down. Or asking for water which was listed in the price. It felt really disrespectful to hire a private service and state your disability then have it not matter at all the the guide. The guide seemed nice enough but definitely not caring or understanding of our specific needs. Definitely not worth booking a private tour with this company if you have mobility issues. You’re needs will go unheard and unmet.
