Amazing Tour with Hamza - Hamza was an amazing tour guide, and showed us all around the Medina and the Kasbah, and so much more! He was super personable and ensured that our tour was good and we could see everything we wanted to. He even arranged a taxi for us to see Cap Spartal after our tour. Definitely would recommend!!

Any preconceptions of the Moroccan and Muslim culture wiped out in one afternoon - Firstly I was referred to this tour service by American Express Black card concierge. The highest level card service at Amex. I pay for this service because they curate their third party services at the highest level. In this case the service exceeded anything I have seen in my 39 years using Amex travel. Karim responded to my late request for a day tour in a matter of minutes and we settled on a rendezvous point with no problem. He was punctual and flexible and proved a historical perspective of the Medina from a first hand experience since he was born there. His lunch choice was exceptional with authentic Moroccan food in a beautiful environment with humor and class. What I found even beyond all other expectations exceeded what his explanation of the 5 pillars of The Muslim religion. Clearly articulated with a sincerity and conviction that took away many preconception I have been living with for decades. No fear of Comission kick backs from stores he introduced. And here is the kicker. Refusing payment, he overheard me saying my wife missed her connection in Paris and was showing up at midnight30. He said he would meet her and bring her to the hotel. Again, refusing payment. What an incredible ambassador of the Moroccan culture and the Muslim religion combined.

Very Special Experience - Karim was great! We’re grateful to have experienced Morocco for the first time with Karim as our guide. He was knowledgeable, patient, and funny. He helped us see the warm and authentic Moroccan culture. We had a very special and memorable day with good food. We really enjoyed it.

Unprofessional and a disaster - Upsetting experience all round. I was messaged by the guide Karim after I booked and asked to cancel as he was not around. I was fine to cancel from my side but it was advised I would not receive any refund. I asked to perhaps to do it another day, I was very decent about it. Why the option to book was available when he was not even in the country I don’t know. He seemed irresponsible to this fact. We rebooked, and 15 mins before the next tour time arranged he said it was a no go again in quite a passive aggressive way, making out it was my fault I booked. I therefore arranged very clearly a place and time for him to return my money at his convenience. The money never appeared. When I asked him again he told me to ‘chill out’. Extremely unprofessional and totally unapologetic for wasting my time and never offering any solutions or refunds without me trying to find a way to solve this. Unreliable and unaccountable, not advisable.
