Mount Etna - Embark on this delightful culinary tour at 10am, starting with a pick-up from your accommodation by an authorized local guide in a Mercedes Minivan. A small group (maximum of 8 guests) is guaranteed. Your journey will take you through Sicilian villages, where you can admire authentic lava-stone houses and listen to captivating stories about Sicilian culture, traditions, and cuisine. Enjoy views of the finest Etna vineyards. Your first stop will be at a small family-run winery, where you’ll begin with a glass of chilled white wine. After a guided tour of the cellars, you’ll partake in a wine and cold appetizers tasting. The tasting includes 5 glasses of Etna wine, locally produced cheeses, salami, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. The second stop will be at a unique and historic restaurant/farmhouse, where you’ll continue your food and wine tour, featuring typical Mount Etna delicacies and wine.

Experience authentic family wineries, bygone homesteads, and provincial estates where exclusive organic food and specialty pastries, cultivated on lava lands and prepared following traditional recipes, will be yours to savor alongside the best Etna wines. Commence your trip at 10.00AM and conclude with drop-off at your accommodation in Taormina, Letojanni, or Giardini Naxos in an 8-seater Mercedes A/C Minivan, all accompanied by a Local Licensed Guide.

Wine tasting fun - We really enjoyed visiting the Gambino winery. The appetizers were good and paired well with the wine. We were able to buy some wine and olive oil there as well. The lunch at the smaller family owned winery was delicious.

great day touring Mt. Etna vineyards - The vineyards we visited during this tour were excellent and our guide was extremely friendly. I will warn you the Italians are not shy to pour you a 2nd or 3rd glass either! The views around Mt Etna were fantastic and we got to enjoy a more traditional Sicilian pasta lunch (with more wine) - would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Fantastic worth every cent!! - Great commentary from our lovely guide Oratzio lots of info and great knowledge of the area and wine. Fabulous winery and tasting also the lunch at the very authentic Sicilian restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend this tour.

A fun filled day - It was an excellent tour.
The food and wines at both vineyards were fantastic.
Giovanni our tour guide was knowledgeable about the island and he was extremely personable. At the start of the tour the guests started as virtual strangers, but as Giovanni promised we would be a little family at the end of the day. Because of Giovanni’s upbeat and engaging personality his prediction was realized

Not a boutique experience. - We were very disappointed. They make the tour sound like a small group. It turns out there are multiple vans. The place we did wine tasting was a large facility that seated a couple of hundred people. Table after table was set and ready for more than a dozen groups. We sat with three other groups that came in by van. The farm to table restaurant was better. The appetizers were solid. The pasta was just ok. The facility itself was lovely. We would have wanted to know more about it. This is misleading advertising as I would not consider either of the places to be the small group boutique experience that is advertised.
