After preparation of the dough balls, they will proceed to the preparation of pasta, sauce and baking.
The pizzas prepared during the course will be then given to the guests at lunch.

Felt like a party! - My girlfriends and I did this class and it was a blast! We got lucky and had some fun people in the small class with us -- the energy was great. We made pasta and then pizza, there was wine offered throughout as well. End of the class we got to sit down together and share the meal. We stayed for hours later, had a lot of laughs and made some new friends. Giovanni and his staff are a lot of fun and very welcoming -- they matched our energy and made the evening more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great activity in Taormina. - A great few hours. Made pasta then pizza. Picked up some good tips and enjoyed the pizza. Plenty of wine and goos fun was had by all.

Porto Messina - The restaurant was beautiful. They refilled our wine and we stayed late. Besides making the pasta and pizza, meeting the others was so fun. The apron included is adorable. Both LUCCA and DANIAL, our instructors were excellent. I was so happy I signed for this class. We got to eat the pizza and pasta. We had a break and they served wine, soda, apps ...were so accommodating! Sign up. It was a perfect night in Taomina.

Delicious to the last bite - This was a charming restaurant. The chef had all the ingredients ready and taught us how to make the perfect pizza crust however, since the dough had to rise overnight we used some that was ready to go. We were taught how to shape the dough and then we were able to add different toppings to our liking. We also made different types of pasta which was them cooked and topped with a marvelous red sauce. The evening was very enjoyable. I would recommend this as a group activity.

Must do! - Luca and Daniel were xcellent teachers: fun and so patient! We each made 3 types of macaroni and then made our own pizza dough. We got to enjoy lots of wine, our macaroni(s) and pizza! Highly recommend!
