Recommendable. - I went with my 19 and 18 year old children. Everything was very well organized. From the beginning the guides are aware of what is needed, both on the boat and in Tangier. Both Imane and Rashid were always accompanying and giving information in everything. General information is obtained. Very pleasant and a very friendly and fun atmosphere provided by both guides.

Intense yet fulfilling experience of Morocco / Tangier - We had the Essential 1 Day trip package, and it served our visit very well! With this package you don’t get a lot of sightseeing around the city, but we actually preferred to just hop off the bus and walk around by ourselves. Our guide was very nice and helpful, gave us good recommendations in the marketplace and where to eat. This package is quite intense and fast, but it is enough to get the feel of the city, visit the marketplace to get some souvenirs and have local dinner (we had a full menu for a good price from a restaurant the guide recommended us). If you prefer to see more of the city and the cultural spots, we’d recommend going for the cultural package but if you want to get a hands-on day yourself, this one is well suited. Good to know: at least for us europeans there’s no need to exchange currency beforehand, because the city was very international in the way that even the marketplaces street shops took euros as payment.

A nightmare anyway - If you want to go to Tangier by boat, don't take from FRA. The company is a disaster. First of all, he sold us tickets for 9:00 to 8:30 (the same day), without problem, but when we asked where the station was, he told us that we need to run so as not to miss the boat, he had still sold us these tickets. Later, in Tangier, they canceled the boats to Tarifa due to the “bad weather” (there was nothing during the day). He told us that, as always, the boats from Tanger-Med leave every 3 hours to Algeciras, and we must take a taxi (50m) there. We made the recommendation, and what happened? They canceled all ships from Tanger-med to Algeciras. We were stuck at the Tangier Med station for hours without water, food, and a place to charge our phones, and no idea when the next boat would leave. The FRS people told us that “we should wait because there is no information now,” but it was clear that they were going to cancel everything and wanted us to wait to take our money. We finally found a boat from another company, which was a nightmare too, but much better from FRS. If you want to take a boat from Tarifa to Tangier, take care. You plan more than one day, and better, don't take FRS.

Never again - Lousy organization! On arrival, no sign, no information on where to take the bus to Malaga. We waited 3 hours in the sun before the transfer bus arrived. A shame!
