Very enriching day - We were really impressed with our guide knowledge, flexibility and organization. We ordered excursions to Tarragona ahead of time and in reality it felt on rainy day. Our guide changed the plan and turn the itinerary to cultural. He did really great job explaining history of Catalina, processes that made it turn to part of Spain. Great experience overall.

Wealth of History with a Fantastic Guide - Andre was a wealth of knowledge about everything we saw. He was timely, attentive and clearly enjoyed the history of the area. Sitges was beautiful but the weather was not warm enough for a swim. Tarragona had a wealth of history and we greatly enjoyed the stadium and the circus.

Very informative, historical trip with a very knowledgeable guide. - Wonderful trip and guide. Andre is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about Catalan culture. Highly recommended to anyone interested in learning the history of the incredible, ancient city of Tarragona from of Roman > Middle Ages > to modern times. The charming, nearby city of Sitges was also very interesting to visit.

Fantastic Tour - The trip to Tarragona and Stiges was very worthwhile. The experience was enhanced by Andre, our amazing tour guide. His knowledge and insights were incredible, and therefore we not only enjoyed the fantastic views and places, but were able to place everything in the right historic context!! Andre was also very attuned to our needs and was very accommodating to our wishes and interests. We absolutely recommend this tour.

A Must-Do Day Trip - I would highly recommend that anyone staying in Barcelona for more than a couple days takes advantage of this amazing day trip to Sitges and Tarragona. Both cities offer unique experiences, and Andre is an incredible person to have lead you on the way. He was very flexible when a member of our group didn’t feel well to start the day, and we pivoted to Sitges before Tarragona. We had a great time grabbing some coffee and food, relaxing on the beach, and checking out the local shops. We were then ready to explore in the afternoon, and the history and culture of Tarragona did not disappoint. From the Roman bridge outside of town to the ruins within, as well as the cathedral and all of its history, Tarragona was a incredible experience. All of that was made demonstrably richer by Andre’s immense knowledge of both local historical details and overarching historical themes. I would not do this trip with any other tour guide - to do so would be to lose much if the value of this trip. Our group had a wonderful time, we learned a lot, and I sincerely hope to take another day trip with Andre in the future.

Fun times with adversity. - This tour is run by a group called Out of Barcelona and our guide was able the show us a good time despite all the problems our situation put on the event. Because we ended up having to have this tour on Easter monday some of the usal stops were closed. However he was still able to get us good views and insights of these sights. He was also vary receptive to our situation and adapted accordingly. Partly because we did ended up booking the tour the evening before he did end up calling us a little late that night to confirm details and that we wanted to go through with the event despite the challenges the day would present.
