Great all round experience - What a great experience. With the open bar & ability to jump into the sea was amazing to watch. When it said a 4 hour experience it meant 4 hours! Food wasn’t great. But it didn’t matter. Keep applying sun cream! I got burnt 🤣. There was a lot of space too to chill and watch the world go by. We would absolutely do it again!

A dream moment - Very nice trip on a large capacity catamaran in perfect condition and very clean. Very welcoming and attentive crew. Unlimited drinks and paella (excellent), sufficient free time for swimming among the fish and use of the various canoes and mattresses provided. An excellent time in a heavenly site. Very good value for money.

Safety pin - Punctual pickup at the indicated place. Excellent navigation with the crew totally dedicated to the passengers: dedicated to caring and facilitating absolutely everything. The food, paella and pasta, and fresh fruit just right. Guaranteed fun for all ages. Totally recommended.

Lovely way to spend a day - What a wonderful way to spend a day…cruise was 4 hours but leave an hour either side for drop off and pick up. Boat was clean, food was delicious, drinks were plentiful and we even saw dolphins. Only reason I didn’t score a 5 was that you are only allowed to kayak very close to the boat which seems a bit pointless and when my husband and I went a little further to see (not enter) some caves but stayed well away from the beach the crew were not impressed. I understand not being allowed on papagyo beach as this is explained in the itinerary but wish they offered a 20 min kayak excursion to see the caves for those that wanted to.

Awful experience, but very professional crew - When booking, we were told we’d be sailing on a catamaran to see beautiful beaches, with the possibility of dolphins. It sounded amazing and we were really looking forward to the trip, however our experience was extremely disappointing. Our boat was not a catamaran as we’d been told, but a small boat with a noisy engine and limited seating. We suspected something was wrong when a mile or two into the trip, we started going round in circles. We then moored up opposite an ugly rocky beach, and some steps were produced so people could climb onto the side of the boat and jump into the sea. We were really confused… this definitely wasn’t Papagayo. We sat there for a couple of hours whilst food was cooked and a few people swam in the sea, feeling increasingly sea sick. We didn’t eat lunch as we have allergies and don’t take risks on buffets. Eventually, I asked one of the crew when would we go to see the beaches, only to be told we weren’t going as it wasn’t possible. No explanation as to why not, but had I known this we would not have got on the boat in the first place. Sitting on the rocky boat, feeling sicker and sicker, began to feel like torture. My kids said it was the worst experience of their lives and couldn’t wait to get off. After an eternity the boat began moving again and drive the 2 miles back to harbour, during which time one of the crew came round to take our payments. And this is why I’ve given this review 3 stars and not 1: when I explained that I was really unhappy with our experience, he explained that the boat had experienced a mechanical problem after setting off and that they had tried to make the best of it for everyone. I said we had come to see the beaches, and not for the free bar or the water activities. As a result, we were not asked to pay. Our experience was awful, but I very much appreciated the professionalism of the crew and how it was resolved.
