Additional Information

Our expeditions are tailored to accommodate new and beginner paddlers. We constantly adapt to your pace, so there’s no need to stress about exhaustion. Bring a friend along and join us on our top-ranked Eco-Tour through the lush mangrove habitats. Choose between a single or double kayak and serenely traverse over our crystal clear and shallow water that contains sponges, grass beds, and sandy areas. By looking beneath the surface, you might catch a glimpse of a petite nurse shark, a turtle or a stingray, or you may spot dolphins and manatees. Overhead, expect to see herons, pelicans, and ospreys roosting on mangroves and fishing. Although we cannot guarantee animal encounters, we always witness something fascinating in this unique estuary ecosystem, which commences right at the back of our outlet.

Wonder Experience! - We were concerned that the inclement weather would be a problem with our kayak tour, but it turned out great! We had a few sprinkles while kayaking, but they stopped right away. While we only got a glimpse of a manatee, the mangroves were incredible to see and kayak through, and we had a great time! We would recommend this tour to everyone!

An exciting adventure - We had the exciting experience of kayaking through the mangroves with an expert guide. She taught us beforehand how to maneuver the kayaks efficiently, especially for those who were new to it. From time to time, we stopped to admire the impressive landscape and enjoy a little dip. Although we didn't see any manatees, navigating through the dense network of roots and branches was both challenging and exciting. Kayaking through the mangroves with a guide was an unforgettable adventure that combined physical activity, natural beauty, and learning in the best possible way. Thank you

Enjoyed the experience - Had a great time, our guide Brittany was so knowledgeable with her Marine background making our tour so exceptional Didn't really see a lot of wildlife during the actual kayaking due to all the rain and winds. But I enjoyed the kayaking, the beauty of the mangrove tunnels, and cooling off in the swimming hole

Fantastic to do for family and couples alike - This was a fantastic trip ! We met at the Paddle Shop and got a briefing and saw some nurse sharks at the doc. Suzanne was a fantastic guide. They have regular and super stable double or single Kayaks. We have not kayaked before and each chose doubles for the four of us (my wife , myself and our two teen boys . This was a good outdoor event that is just something different than all the powerboat stuff . Thanks for a wonderful experience Suzanne and crew! We plan on coming back!

Worth it! - Our guide, kayak Jack, was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed his personality. We really enjoyed getting to handle and see the jellyfish. We did not see a manatee, but the tour is well worth it even without.

Saw a manatee and had a blast. - We’re a family of 4 from Colorado and had a fantastic time and actually saw a manatee very close up. Our guide, her name escapes me, she was German and fantastic. We had so much fun. We were in Florida for my son’s high school graduation trip.

My favorite adventure while in the Keys on vacation!! - Highly recommend this tour even for first time kayakers. Our guide was very personable and you could tell she knew the area and neighbors (also their pets). We did not find any manatees, but the mangroves were beautiful. My son and I did a 2 person and had no trouble maneuvering it or keeping up.
