Additional Information

I’m offering local, private tours in two Georgian cities, Tbilisi and Mtskheta. My package includes visits to some of the oldest sites of one of the world’s oldest civilizations. The tour begins with the ancient churches and walls of Tbilisi and continues to the first capital, Mtskheta, known as the 2nd Jerusalem due to its ties to the origins of Christianity in Georgia and the preservation of the Robe of Jesus Christ. My passion for history, medieval times, and love for the traditional customs of the Georgian people will make our walking tour very engaging.

• Tbilisi walking tour with an experienced historian;
• Visit the most famous and ancient spots in the Old Town;
• Transfer from Tbilisi to Mtskheta Old Town;
• Visit the most iconic Georgian cultural sites, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery;

Ideal choice for those staying in Tbilisi - The tour was exceptionally well-organized, covering all the key highlights of Tbilisi and Mtskheta. The schedule was perfectly balanced, allowing ample time to explore each site without feeling rushed. I discovered fascinating places and received insightful information that I wouldn't have easily found in guidebooks. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, bringing the history and culture of these beautiful cities to life. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to delve deeper into the rich heritage of Georgia.

Highly informative and simply amazing walking tour in Tbilisi/Mtskheta - I have been on the walking tour with Giorgi and I absolutely enjoyed it! If you have an interest in history and politics (which Georgia obviously has a lot to offer), and you want to dig a bit deeper, you should absolutely go on this tour! I would definitely do it again and I hope to be back one day. :)
