Lovely time with wine and cheese - We had a lovely wine tasting without reservation with excellent cheese plate and bread. The young maestro who introduced the wines knew english well and knew her wines too. The place was underground and had lovely staff and atmossphere. Would visit again any time.

If it's wine and Georgia, it has to be Karalashvili! - Karashvilli Wine Cellar, featuring its delightful wines, was made exceptional by Fabio's warmth and kindness. His inviting conversations, personalized experience, rich knowledge in the culture and of course the delectable wine, turned our regular evenings into remarkable ones, transforming our visits and even my birthday into joyful experiences filled with stories and leaving us with a newfound friend. It's definitely worth a visit! Here's a toast to both Karashvilli Wine Cellar and Fabio for the Georgian memories and for giving us the time of our lives in Tbilisi!

Excellent tasting, very interesting - In a captivating setting, a guide will help you taste wines according to your tastes. Each wine is well described according to its vinification and specificities. Vinification in earthenware pots with all the grapes brings a rusticity very well mastered by this winegrower. Very confusing but excellent tasting which takes you into the Georgian festive world. Too bad we can't send internationally.

This was great - As everybody so far also we liked this a lot. Strongly recommended. Bought also couple of bottles to take-away, prices we much lower than expected - you may need to pay same (relatively low price in Western scale) in a spar for a good Georgian wine.

Intimate, casual and very informative tasting session by a passionate guide~ - George is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wines. He led us through a detailed and thorough session about the family’s range and types of wines. His passion for wines and Georgian styles of making drinks were keenly felt. We ended up purchasing several bottles of his favourites and recommendations~ Most enjoyable and tasty session. Recommended*
