Memorable tour around Ubud - This was a smooth, memorable, and convenient tour around Ubud area. My tour guide, Desna, was highly professional answering all of my many questions while shuttling me around in challenging Bali traffic. It was nice to be in an air-conditioned vehicle and Desna was courteous and punctual. This tour covers a lot of ground that most tourists probably can’t do on their own, and I’m glad I took the time to see the wonderful sites!

Great day trip, great tour guide - We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Ardana. We felt very safe with him & a great driver. The hot springs were amazing & this tour was the highlight of our trip.

It’s about the guide you get, not the tour you book - Yes we thought this tour was awesome and all activities were great but the overall highlight was our superb guide Gidee (I hope I’ve spelt this somewhat correctly!). He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but an amazing human being, he made us feel like family and was great with our kids and everyone we encountered. I really hope whoever books this tour from this review is lucky enough to meet and share time with this wonderful man. Please for your own sake reach out and ask for this super friendly Balinese tour guide to make a good tour an unforgettable experience.

Great variety of attractions and activities - First day in Bali with this tour and a great start to the trip. I booked the tour one week prior and the company was excellent in the communication throughout the whole process. My guide Wayan texted me via whatsapp to pick me up at my hotel in Ubud. Vehicle was a comfortable ride and air conditioned in a Toyota passenger vehicle. We started off with the rice terrace and jungle swing, followed by a coffee plantation site and the native Lua coffee. Many coffee and tea tasting was great for morning tea. The highlight was definitely the hot springs and lunch at Mount Batur where the view was magnificent. Next was the trip at the temple and the holy water ritual for the Hindu religion. Finishing off was a visit to a waterfall and overall great variety in this tour.

A relaxing way to spend a day in Bali seeing local sights - The views of the Volcano and Rice parties were amazing and relaxing at the hot springs was fantastic. My guide Sinatra was patient, punctual and accommodating. Overall it was a great experience.

Great tour and a great tour guide in Pit - Had a great tour today with ‘Pit’. We visited the rice terraces, volcanic hot springs with buffet lunch and Tirta Empul water temple. Pit was a great guy to show us around, very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly and a great driver……what more could you ask for?! Highly recommended tour and guide.

A great trip for variety. - Today, we went on the Ubud Volcano Lake and Natural Hot Spring Tour. We booked late, the evening before, but our driver Ma-de was prompt for pick up at 8am. We began by visiting Tegalalang rice terrace (where we also had time to do the Jungle Swing). We had 1.5hrs soaking at the hot springs, before heading for a buffet lunch, with excellent meat, fish and veggie options. In the afternoon, we visited the Holy Spring Temple and the Tegenungan Waterfall. We avoided most crowds in the morning, and i would say it was definitely well worth the investment if you're looking for a trip that covers a bit of everything that Bali has to offer. Our guide was brilliant, informative and kept us hydrated with countless cooler box waters throughout the day. Thanks Ma-de

Love the experience and great tour guide! - The tour was really amazing! Had a great last day and Jun (our guide) was really nice and helpful throughout. The entire trip was really nice and at the end he looked out for us at the waterfall and made sure we were safe. Very patient though we took a while for each activity. Would definitely recommend!!
