Beautiful place, but forgettable experience - If it wasn’t for the guide Nazar, this would be a 1 star review. He was an amazing guide and full of knowledge. However, I wish I was able to have the full tour, as we skipped the castle entirely that overlooks all 4 countries. That was a highlight I looked forward to, and unfortunately never got. The campsite also was quite dirty, and the sheets on the bed were previously used. There was also no Wi-Fi there or the bus. The worst part was the bus ride itself. At no point in the description does it say this tour goes to Jerusalem to pick up other people, which is exactly what we did. That took an extra 2 hours each way, that was never advertised to us ahead of time. When we arrived back in Tel Aviv for the drop off, the driver refused to take us back to the pick up location. It specifically stated that was where the drop off would be, but he refused. He did however have no problem dropping off his friend to a different location not listed on the itinerary. We were an hour walk, or $50 taxi from our hotel when he decided we were finished. We were forced to walk at night, in the rain for an hour straight. Lack or organization and an overall attitude of not caring made this trip forgettable.
