- Bo Put - After pick up from your hotel, we will spend time about 30 minutes at local Thai market, get your new experience how Thai people prepare for their meals. Shop some Thai herbs, curry, fresh vegetables and others for the dishes of your choice. After getting all the recipes you need, now it’s time to learn how to cook Thai food. Our Thai cooking class takes about 2 hours with a small group which makes it’s easy to follow and understand. Every question is welcome during the class. Enjoy your lunch or dinner from your delicious meal, then returning back to your hotel.

Meal Options
- Pad Thai - Thai dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, vegetables,dried shrimp and tofu in a sauce of tamarind, fish, garlic, red chilli pepper and sugar.
- Tom Yum Goong - Thai spicy and sour flavored soups with Thai herb (kaffir lime leaf, lemon grass and galangal) boiled in water with shrimp, chilies, and lime juice.
- Bananas in Coconut milk (Kluay Bu-ard Chee) - The Classic Thai dessert. The sliced bananas in a warm sweet soup that be mixed from coconut milk, sugar, salt and coconut cream.

Our Thai Cooking Class is located at nice and quite place in a lovely garden, offering 2-time a day in the morning and late afternoon. Starting of the class, we will take you to Local fresh market to buy some of recipes for cooking – it’s exciting time to learn how Thai people shop for their meals. 2-Hour of the class you will be teach by our professional instructor, and inquiry during the class you’re welcome to get answering. After finish the cooking dishes, enjoy your own cooked with delicious banana in coconut milk or other menus for your dessert. Then, we transfer back to your hotel

An Appetising and Cultural Experience! - An appetizing experience that began with a tour of the local market then a 3.5 hour cooking class. The husband and wife team, along with two helpers, were very friendly and engaging. We prepared 4-5 dishes but were unable to eat it all so we donated the leftovers to a local family. We learnt a lot about cooking seafood, chicken and dessert. Recipes were emailed to us after the class along with some individual and group photos. In speaking with others in the class, this tour is offered at all Koh Samui hotels/hostals at a cheaper price.
Overall, this cooking class was worth it but come with an empty stomach and appetite!

Highly recommended! - We were picked up from the hotel on time and had a short market tour, where our first questions about the local food were answered. Afterwards we were driven to the farm where we prepared our food in a great outdoor kitchen under very friendly guidance. There was a very familiar, warm atmosphere. We can highly recommend this cooking class, as we really enjoyed the food and really appreciated the friendly approach.
Afterwards we were sent pictures and recipes of the dishes we cooked.

Thai cooking class and market experience. - We had an excellent experience today learning how local Thai people shop and cook there favorite meals. I particularly enjoyed learning how to make coconut milk from scratch. Thank you for a fun day.

Great time and greater food! - Had a great time! The team took great care of us and it was SUCH a good set up to learn about Thai ingredients and cooking - and the food itself! Yummy, and we had leftovers to take with us. They also kindly catered to our allergies.

Fun, friendly and delicious! - Had a great day learning some local Koh Samui dishes and preparation techniques. Started with a trip to the market to pick up the ingredients - a great way to get a glimpse of local life.
Then to the cookery school which was very well set up and surprisingly cool on a hot day!
Was shown the traditional way of preparing coconuts and even made our own coconut milk. The dishes were delicious and was emailed all the recipes (and some extras) by the friendly team.

Great cooking class with lovely hosts - a must do in Koh Samui - Awesome experience, we really enjoyed it. The set up was very professional, good English, great tour of the food market, everyone involved was so nice and friendly and guided us with cooking delicious Thai food. They provided options for vegetarian dishes. I would highly recommend this experience.

Very enjoyable afternoon - Great experience from start to finish, started with a very interesting local tour with a good amount of knowledgeable information on local produce. Then to the farm, a very relaxed pace of cooking , starting with information , chopping of the food to be cooked and cooking of a good variety of dishes. Then to eat the food, which was more than enough, and any surplus was packed for later. The hosts talked to us throughout and showed us around the farm garden to see the growing of some of the ingredients.

Fabulous afternoon cooking! - Picked up from the hotel and we were taken to a nearby market where we had a great overview of the food we’ll be using, then onto where the class was. We chopped and stir fried, being guided carefully each step. We prepared spring rolls and two other dishes, which were simply delicious l, made using fresh ingredients. The facilities were great and clean, with an individual area, for up to 8 people. Well worth the time, and the market visit adds to the experience. Recommend.
