Loved this area - We visited this area in June and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The region is stunning and unspoiled. We took walks and observed local ethnic people engaged in their daily activities, which was very interesting. The locals are incredibly hospitable, often inviting visitors for tea and lunch in their homes. I would highly recommend this area; it was also warmer than I had anticipated.

Vietnam at its best! - Pu Luong was absolutely breathtaking. It featured vast forests, rugged mountains, stunning bamboo groves, and picturesque villages. The terraced rice paddies nestled in deep valleys were particularly striking. The local people were wonderful, adorned in beautiful traditional clothing and speaking their own unique languages.

Puluong trip! - Located in the heart of a natural forest on a mountain, Pu Luong Nature Reserve features excellent, spacious, and comfortable chalets, each with a balcony offering stunning views. The food is good: the papaya salad is great, although the beef can be a bit tough. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Scenic walks and cycling routes are easily accessible.

Great walks in surrounding villages - I loved the proximity to local villages, and the walks were easy and enjoyable. The beautiful valley nestled among high mountains featured terraced paddy fields. Watching the locals harvest rice by hand was a remarkable sight, showcasing their extremely hard work.
