Discover Magical Bhutan with Bhutan Travel Club - We recently traveled to Bhutan, fulfilling my wife's bucket list dream. As the saying goes, "Happy wife, happy life," and this trip certainly made her (and me) very happy. Our journey started with a flight from Kolkata and ended with a flight to Nepal. Thanks to Bhutan Travel Club's thoughtful arrangements, we had seats with spectacular views of Mount Everest—on the left side when arriving in Bhutan and the right side when leaving. These breathtaking views were a highlight of our flights and would have been missed without their attention to detail. The local food was another highlight, offering delicious and unique flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. During our stay, we visited Thimphu, Paro, and Punakha, and our accommodations were excellent. The hotel was very nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect rest after our daily adventures. Bhutan was incredibly delightful. The tour was well-prepared to accommodate older adults who might struggle with hiking. Wearing traditional Bhutanese attire, provided by the tour, was a wonderful experience and made us feel more connected to Bhutanese culture. Two experiences stood out for me: the scenic river rafting along the Mo Chhu (female river), romantic picnic by the river and the pony ride up to the Tiger's Nest Cafe. Special thanks to Subba, our driver and my hiking buddy, who went above and beyond to ensure my sister (both of us are above 70) and I were safe and comfortable every step of the way. His care and attention truly enhanced our experience. The driving was excellent, ensuring our comfort throughout the trip. Bijay, our guide, was equally outstanding and brought 15 years of experience to his role. His knowledge of Bhutan was commendable. We were fortunate to encounter the Je Khenpo entourage on our way from Dochula Pass to Punakha, and although I stayed in the van and missed the full experience, Bijay kindly gave me his blessed protection cord. He also patiently searched through numerous shops to find the Bhutan T-shirt I wanted. His patience, attentiveness, and dedication were greatly appreciated. Bijay and Subba were exceptionally helpful, especially in looking after older travelers like me. They were polite, punctual, respectful and very supportive. Thank you, Bhutan Travel Club, for organizing such a memorable trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Bhutan Travel Club for everyone who wants to travel to Bhutan.

Unforgettable Bhutan Adventure with Bhutan Travel Club – Highly Recommended! - I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bhutan with my family through the Bhutan Travel Club, and I cannot recommend their services enough, especially for older travelers like myself. Bhutan itself was incredibly beautiful, fulfilling a long-standing dream of mine. It had been on my bucket list for many years, even before COVID, but the timing had never felt right until now. Even from the moment we were descending into Paro Airport, the view already amazed me. The airport is situated in a deep valley surrounded by mountains, making the experience truly unique and breathtaking—unlike any other landing I've ever experienced. Fun fact: Paro Airport has one of the most challenging approaches in the world. We visited Thimphu, Punakha, and Paro. The stunning landscapes, sacred architecture, serene monasteries, and rich culture of Bhutan left me in awe. From the first day, I was amazed at how delicious the Bhutanese food was, especially at a local home restaurant on our first night there! The flavors were rich and authentic, providing a perfect culinary complement to our travel experience. I particularly loved the famous local chili cheese dish, Ema Datshi, and the Bhutanese milk tea, Suja. Name same Simbe! Dining at the local homestay allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of Bhutanese culture firsthand. One of the highlights of our trip was the hiking. I particularly loved the hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery in Paro, a place that is truly a must-visit. The breathtaking views and the sense of peace and accomplishment upon reaching the monastery were unparalleled. It was so satisfying to be able to reach the top of Tiger's Nest Monastery; it was definitely one of my best hikes ever! Another highlight was the Punakha Dzong, the most beautiful fortress in Bhutan, surrounded by blooming jacaranda flowers. The vibrant flowers, impressive architecture, and the serene rivers flowing through the Dzong made it a truly enchanting experience. Our driver, Subba, and our tour leader, Bijay, were incredibly helpful and attentive. Both Subba and Bijay were polite, punctual, and always ready to assist us. Subba’s driving skills were excellent, and we felt comfortable and safe throughout our journey. Bijay's knowledge about Bhutan was really impressive, and he shared insightful information that enriched our experience. I am prone to motion sickness, and the winding roads from Punakha to Paro eventually took a toll on me. When I felt like I was going to throw up, Bijay quickly asked to pull the van to the side. He then came to my aid with a drink, even stepping out of the vehicle to ensure I was okay. His attentiveness extended to the entire group, as he consistently checked on everyone, even those at the back of the line. The van was always clean at the start of the day and well-stocked with plenty of drinking water, which was greatly appreciated. It was also spacious and comfortable for all of us, making our travels even more enjoyable. Overall, the Bhutan Travel Club exceeded all expectations, making our journey to Bhutan an unforgettable adventure. From the stunning landscapes to the warm hospitality, every moment was truly magical. I cannot recommend their services enough, especially for travelers seeking a memorable and immersive experience in the Land of the Thunder Dragon.

A culturally rich excursion with a knowledgeable team!! - Bhutan Travel Club and their team really made this trip memorable for us. They were always punctual, soft spoken and helpful. They understood our preferences about food, stay and the kind of treks we wanted to do. The guide, Leki, was very knowledgeable about the Bhutanese culture, their folk stories and the flora fauna of Bhutan. Everything was well planned, and there was no last minute haste with anything. We look forward to travel again with them in future.

Awesome Bhutan travel experience - Fantastic experience and fantastic company to experience Bhutan with. We have spent over 1600 days travelling overseas, and this was among some of the best times we've had. Sonam our guide and Kim our driver were both excellent in their knowledge, driving skills and interactions. We had a perfect balance of cultural and trekking. We stayed in the Strongest Man in Bhutans house for an evening and experience a glimpse of rural life. I highly recommend Bhutan Travel Club and Sonam and Kim. Thx for a fantastic trip.

Bhutan family adventure - Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) travelled to Bhutan in April 2024. Bhutan Travel Club arranged our visas, recommended hotels, and put together an 8 day itinerary which included something for everyone - culture and outdoor adventure. The itinerary included hikes (with varying degree of difficulty), white water rafting, delicious Bhutanese meals and picnics, markets and handicraft, archery, and museums. This was our first time travelling with a guide full-time, however we found the experience to be highly flexible and intuitive - the itinerary could be tweaked day-by-day to suit our interests and fitness levels. Our guide and driver were professional, informative, engaged the kids wonderfully, took great care of everyone and ensured our comfort was their first priority. Nothing was too much trouble. Bhutan Travel Club also arranged mountain biking for some of our group, an awesome experience that no one else offers including for advanced riders. Our time in Bhutan was fascinating, an authentic experience which we will all cherish. If we have the opportunity to return, we would not hesitate to re-book with Bhutan Travel Club.

Amazing holiday experience in Bhutan, with Bhutan Travel Club - We had an amazing trip with Bhutan Travel Club - from the initial contact, assistance arranging visas and flights to personalising our trip. We had a personal guide and driver who were amazing - Sonam and Kim. Both were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were flexible in our trip to ensure we had the holiday that we wanted and were always available via whatsapp if we had any issues. We did 8 days of wonderful hiking, cultural experiences and fun. My favourites were the 3 hour walk from Dochula pass through the Rhododendron forest, fully catered picnic on the river, overnight stay in a remote village, the climb to tigers nest followed by a hot stone bath and of course the people and the gorgeous scenery. Overall a fabulous holiday. I would totally recommend this company and absolutely loved Bhutan.

Simply magical! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Our recent trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Travel Club was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Simply magical! Every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed, leaving me with memories that I will cherish for a lifetime. What truly sets Bhutan Travel Club apart from others is its exceptional flexibility and willingness to accommodate our preferences and situations. As a small group of 5, we appreciated this aspect immensely, as it allowed us to tailor our journey to our exact desires, making each moment truly special. First and foremost, I must commend Pelden, the owner of Bhutan Travel Club, for his exceptional service. Right from the initial inquiry, Pelden was incredibly accommodating, tailoring the trip to our requests and preferences. His attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our journey was customized to perfection. And not to mention he is super responsive. For this trip, we embarked on an incredible journey through Bhutan's Golden Triangle which offered us a comprehensive insight into the rich cultural heritage and natural splendor of the country. Starting from the capital city of Thimphu, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant culture and explored ancient monasteries, stupas and bustling farmer markets. On the way to Punakha, we made a memorable stop at Dochula Pass, where we were treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas. Then, we had the delightful opportunity to indulge in delicious local Bhutanese cuisines, savoring authentic dishes at a local homestay. Additionally, we had the unique chance to experience the rich cultural heritage firsthand by dressing in traditional beautiful Bhutanese attire, Gho for men and Kira for women. Our final destination was Paro, home to the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery and the picturesque Paro Valley. After the exhilarating hike to the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery in Paro, we were treated to a luxurious hot stone bath, a traditional Bhutanese therapeutic experience like no other. Immersing ourselves in the warm water infused with medicinal herbs and heated stones was the perfect way to unwind and soothe our tired muscles after the challenging trek. The food was exceptionally nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic Bhutanese cuisine, which added another delightful dimension to our journey. Another significant highlight of the trip was our exceptional guide, Bijay, and driver, Subba. Both Bijay and Subba were incredibly attentive and displayed great initiative throughout our journey. Bijay's easygoing nature, quick-thinking and flexibility were remarkable, making changes accordingly during the trip to ensure we got the best out of each day even in rainy days. His caring and accommodating demeanor ensured that our preferences were always prioritized. He was not only a fantastic guide but also a great cameraperson/videographer, which was a huge plus point for me. His excellent English made communication effortless, fostering a deeper appreciation of Bhutanese culture. Despite his fun nature, Bijay always maintained professionalism and ensured that everyone felt comfortable, well-taken care of and respected throughout the journey. Bijay's exceptional care for the elderly members of our group (aged 60 to 75) was truly commendable. During hikes and climbs, Bijay ensured that they were well taken care of, providing assistance and every step of the way. His patience and attentiveness made the experience accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Equally deserving of praise is our driver, Subba. His sincerity and warmth were evident from the moment we met, and throughout the journey, he ensured that we felt safe and comfortable at all times. Subba's exceptional driving skills, especially on the winding roads of Bhutan, instilled confidence in our travels even when we were asleep. His expertise behind the wheel made our journey smooth and memorable, allowing us to relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery without any worries. Subba also went above and beyond his driving duties to give us the best experience possible throughout our trip. Overall, my experience with Bhutan Travel Club exceeded all expectations. From the seamless logistics to the unparalleled hospitality of Pelden, Bijay, Subba, and the entire Bhutan Travel Club team, every aspect of the trip was exceptional. We returned home feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and deeply grateful for the opportunity to explore the enchanting kingdom of Bhutan. I highly recommend Bhutan Travel Club and eagerly look forward to my next adventure with them. If you are looking to book a trip to Bhutan, don't hesitate to get in touch with Bhutan Travel Club. A heartfelt thank you to Pelden, Bijay, Subba, and the entire Bhutan Travel Club team for an unforgettable journey! Log jay gae!

Magic - Let's be clear... Paying via Bhutanese banks through Canadian accounts. Yikes. Once this has passed, however, wow. What a trip. Pelden, the owner was super helpful! From curating package to accommodating payments, to offering a mountain bike experience when I couldn't bring my road bike, great company and professionalism. Our driver Lakpa and guide Bijay brought us from A to B to C safely with enthusiasm and knowledge. We were two families and it's was pure magic. The highlight was the Tigers Nest.... Although my slug family wasn't interested in the 150 extra metres to the view the monastery from above. Well worth it! Close second was the Phobjika valley Dewachen hotel. Fireplaces in every room. Amazing. Great country. Great service. Great outfit. Highly recommend BTC!
