10/10 Winery Tour - Our guide Penny was amazing! The whole tour was fun, we learned a lot, and the wine was great. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island!

Unforgettable Day in Santorini - We had a memorable day with Santorini Wine Adventure, and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about booking a wine tour on the island. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and booked the private tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island and the wine making process/wines. We have a casual interest in wines and she kept things at an appropriate level to keep us engaged without overwhelming us with too much information (though she had a lot more knowledge to share for those who want to get more in depth. We also had a cooking class at the final winery as a part of our program. This was a lot of fun and the chef kept us engaged in the cooking process while teaching us how to make several dishes. Don't hesitate to book with Santorini Wine Adventure, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely worth every penny - The 5 hour private wine tour was outstanding. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient and lovely. It is a bit spendy but at the end of the day we’ll worth it. We tasted over 15 wines - with generous pours, not tiny sips. High quality snacks were at each vineyard. By the end we all knew what we preferred and why. Excellent experience!

My favorite day on Santorini - What a spectacular day! Our tour guide, Penny, was fantastic - enthusiastic, informative, knowledgeable. We first went to a vineyard, where Penny explained how grapes are grown on Santorini - in a different way than in most other places. We then went to 3 different wineries, which represented a spectrum of styles and philosophies; Penny poured the wines at each site and gave us helpful information as we tasted. Hatzidakis is a traditional winery where they let the grapes do the work, with excellent results; the winery's reverence for its founder and his significance to Santorini winemaking is readily apparent. Their Nykteri Assyrtiko is outstanding. Santo, the island cooperative, is a bigger, more polished operation - the restaurant offers spectacular views, there is a well-stocked shop with free shipping to the US, and the wines are also very good (my favorite was the sparkling rosé at the beginning of our meal). Finally, Anhydrous Winery offered a more hip vibe at their restaurant along with delicious wines, my favorite being the Grace rosé. The tour was well paced and fun - Penny kept our family group engaged and entertained throughout.

Enjoyable - We had a small group and the tour guide knew all our names and he was very polite and knowledgeable. We visited three wineries and at each one, we enjoyed food which was great! We had a wonderful time.

Penny was the Star - A great way to see Santorini. Penny was a wonderful guide. On a hot day it was so good to go into the cool caves. The views from Santos were stunning.

Amazing wine tour - Angelo is a must as a tour guide for this trip. We had so much fun and learned a ton about wine and Greece at the same time. The history and views are unmatched. We couldn’t recommend this trip with Angelo any higher!

A social/educational/fun experience - They provide guides with thorough knowledge of local wine and wine making history. The selection of wines and food was perfect

Exceptional ! - Excellent from start to finish ! After being greeted at the top of the chair lifts we were taken to our driver/tour guide who took care of us for the next few hours. Her knowledge was second to none and we enjoyed all the information given as well as Dora’s very friendly attitude. The 3 vineyards we were taken to were all different but all equally interesting. We really enjoyed the tasting at each winery and the copious nibbles that came with it. Thank you so much. We could not recommend this tour enough.

A great way to spend the evening - We visited a private vineyard and went to three separate wine tasting venues. Our guide was both entertaining and informative and really put the group at ease. 10/10! Would recommend!
