During November & March Akrotiri Exchavation Site is not visited
For Cruise passengers when they off at the old port of Fira by the tender boat they take cable car and then they can walk to NST Experiences point(Fira Departure point) and they take our bus .

Taste of Santorini… - The tour gives a taste of all experiences in Santorini. Suggest to do it on day 1 so that one can decide what else to explore further. It might feel touch and go if one is looking for anything specific activity to spend time on…

Good experience - This is the trip we highly recommend. It lasts a whole day and has visited several places. The small villages are so beautiful and many thanks for the tour guide who explained so well and her English is very clear. She is an excellent guide! The driver is good too! 👍👍👍 The wine taste was a great fun and excellent too. Many thanks 🙏 We enjoyed the trip.

A Highly Recommended Tour to see Santorini - This bus tour is an excellent way to explore some of the main attractions the island has, and all within the comfort and safety of a pleasant bus ride. Even with a large group we got to have ample time sight seeing and having free time to ourselves. Not to mention the highlight of the Oia sunset was a view I will never forget, and it is much less hassle getting around than if you rented a vehicle. The temperatures were very hot though so do come prepared, otherwise an excellent time was had.

Worth it! - We were picked up right on time from near where we were staying, which was very convenient. The visit to Akrotiri (the first stop on the tour) was fascinating! We had a museum guide take us through the ruins, but I would have loved more time to explore on my own. Back on the bus, we visited the beautiful village of Emporio and had a nice lunch by the sea in Perissa. Our guide, Kristina, was very informative and interesting throughout the day-- we learned a lot about the island and its history. The two afternoon stops (the monastery and the wine tasting) were not my favorite, but they were fine. The highlight of the afternoon was being dropped off in Oia to explore for a few hours and then watch the sunset. It was nice knowing there was a bus waiting for us as we watched the hordes of people leaving after sunset! All in all, it was a very nice tour, and we were glad we did it.

Disappointing. You can use a public bus and visit the sites yourself - Disappointing experience. Definitely not value for money. The only interesting part of the tour was the visit to the archeological site (extra charge). The bus arrived 30 minutes late, no communication from the organisers - we had to call them repeatedly to find out what was happening. The winery was also another disappointing element of the tour - not taken seriously at all. The tour guide is the one who was describing the wines as opposed to people working at the winery. The tour guide, Christina, was also very condescending. Addressed myself and my friend as “girls” when she felt we were talking too loudly, despite the fact that she was talking over a microphone. We are grown women with children. In what world a chat between 2 friends sitting next to each other can be louder than someone speaking over a microphone is beyond me.

Not happy on Thira - After arranging a Pickup location and time, we were not picked up. Initially our Pickup location was our hotel then once we had booked and paid we were given a different location that we could not get to. We then had to spend some time communicating via the App to arrange a new location. Waste of time as we were not picked up. Booked through Viator who, even though NST Santorini Tours stated we could get a refund, are refusing to refund our money. Don't recommend either Viator or the tour operator.

Worst tour guide - Rude tour guide, named Yanas ( if I am pronoucing right) . He was insulting guests. Everybody was there on vacation and to enjoy. He was pointing out people and insulting them. We did not pay more than 600 USD to be insulted. The bus he brought, A/C was not working. We were sweating whole 10 hrs trip. He left 2 of our fellow guests behind and their kids has to go and find them( they were lost in all those old streets). The guy didn’t know how to do his job but he somehow thought that it was perfectly ok to insult the guests. Don’t waste your money on a company who hire such people in Customer Services department.
