Amazing, authentic and lots of fun! - Highly recommend this tour! This experience was AMAZING! Our tour guide John was excellent, funny and spoke very good English! We loved the basket boats and fishing for crabs. We loved visiting local families to see how they weave traditional sleeping mats and make rice noodles. We felt like the experience gave us an authentic view into the lives of Hoi An locals. We asked John if we could go to a market to buy Mangosteen and Durian to try which he was more than happy to accommodate our request. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour! A Personal Look into Hoi An “Factories” and More - We got to see several local families and their “factories” including their rice paper and mat weaving methods. They were all gracious and lovely hosts and were very happy and excited to share their craft with us. We got to participate in production as well. Our tour guide, Thanh, was super fun and friendly, and he had lots of interesting knowledge to pass on.

Excellent 'Must-Do' Tour! - We were looking at all the tours and to be honest, most looked like tourist traps! .... and then I found this! And I'm SOOOO glad we did! Trung, our guide was fantastic, knew his stuff, great English, fun, took amazing photo's ... and well, we were not disappointed. We went into the local villages, stopped to make rice paper and cakes. Then onto mat weaving, a fantastic coffee place (LOVE the salt coffee!), and on to the coconut basket boats [not with the bus loads of other tourists - a big plus!] and then the vegetable farm. It was a great way to see a different side of Hoi An and of course, meet some fab locals and see a bit of daily life. We absolutely loved it! Highly recommend.

One of the most enjoyable experiences so far! - We would highly recommend this tour. Fairy was a fantastic guide, spoke great English, and was very accommodating to our needs - we did the basket tour recently and so they were happy to modify our tour for us. It was an enjoyable pace and we got to really see what local village life was like. Everyone was so friendly and our 5 year old was included in all of the activities. What a highlight of our trip!

Great morning out visiting the real Hoi An - Awesome little tour on the back of a scooter. My wife and I were picked up by Lanh and his offsider, from our hotel in Hoi An, where we were whisked through the backstreets of Hoi An to visit various places (rice paper making, mat weaving, fishing village, coconut boat, coffee shop and vegetable farm) Really well run, and just the 2 of us. 8.30am - 12pm

Great experience - Excellent experience that offered an insight into the quieter side of Vietnam, it was nice to see how the locals tried to preserve some older traditions. We were well looked after by the guides and drivers with plenty of tea and snacks along the way. Booking by their website was a breeze too.

Fun, informative, interactive and off the beaten paths! - We had the best day with our guide John! He was so fun, funny and accomodating. We were travelling with young teens who can be very hard to impress and he had them making pottery, weaving sleeping mats, carving wood etc with some wonderful people throughout villages - in army jeeps! His English was extraordinary and he was happy to change the tour to include our family’s interests (and hunger as we missed lunch before the afternoon tour). Cannot recommend enough.
