An amazing insight into beautiful Albania - Our trip was amazing from start to finish. The whole journey had breathtaking, Idilic and spectacular views. Our guide llir was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He spoke fluent English, so communication was perfect and added to the whole experience. It was a long journey and the heat was intense but llir made sure the car was cool and we enjoyed the drive. He gave adequate and well timed breaks. We felt safe as two female travellers and throughly enjoyed the places we visited. We were recommended an amazing seafood restaurant along the coast and it was just the perfect setting to end the trip. In respect to value for money it may seem pricey but I would say it was worth every penny. The communication with choose balkans was very impressive, they kept me informed before I even left from Scotland. They had set up a WhatsApp group and kept me in the loop of any updates and changes of meeting places and timing. They were professional and polite and put me at ease. I would highly recommend to book with them and I'm sure all their tpir guides are amazing but i personally feel we got the best one, so thanks llir for making this trip a memorable one with my daughter.

Great trip from Tirana to the coast - We had a great day trip with Juxhin to Sarande. We had a trip booked with another tour operator that cancelled last minute, and Choose Balkans were very accommodating of providing us with a trip last minute. Juxhin was very flexible, responsive and helped us adapt our day. Would recommend!

Loved this intimate tour - Loved this intimate tour. The day was long, but our guide, Bailey, was super relaxed in terms of pacing and content of explanations. Would recommend for anyone that prefers small-format tours over big buses!

Worth the visit - We really enjoyed the Tour. It was a hot day but it was expected as it is the summer season. We had enough time to explore the beach in Sarande and Ksamil. We’re mesmerised by the beauty of the Blue Eye. Thanks to Sam for being an awesome guide , for always ensuring that we feel okay and for the additional spots where we can take more pictures and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Best tour ever ! - First time booking a tour in Albania , it was a wonderful and welcoming experience! My guide, Idir was very knowledgeable about the environment and the history of the region. I learned so much and was able to appreciate all the sites I discovered. My guide was very respectful and kind. It was extremely pleased by this experience. I would recommend it to fellow Canadians who love hiking and nature as well as anyone who enjoys discovering the rich Albanian culture.

Great Way to Explore More of Albania in a Day - We had a great day with Renato. He was very knowledgeable, with history geography and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed the stops. The tour allowed us to discover more of Albania than we otherwise would have. Would definitely recommend!

Great tour - We can see very beautiful places and swim. The tour was really good. Our guide Renato was very friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Wonderful places - The places are wonderful. But too much people at the Blue Eye, which was due to the summer period. For Saranda, we just walk on the promenade (near to the beach), thus we stay there 15/30 minutes. Ksamil was wonderful but you need to find an umbrella and pay for it because no place on the sand to put your towel. Even if the place was really nice, I think that you need more than 1 day to do this tour because we spent more time in the car than enjoying. The guide was kind and give us a lot of information regarding different cities in Albania, but it was like a « taxi », drop us to the spot and then pick up.
