A good way to get around - I was travelling solo from Tirana to Saranda and had a pleasant experience. I felt comforfable and got prompt responses whenever I had a query. The scenes were beautiful and most importantly, there was an AC!! Great service, especially when considering the low price.

Sarande-Tirana - A bus trip of 4.5 hours. One stop on the way where you could go to the toilet and buy something to eat. A very nice way to get from Sarande to Tirana. The driver was also very flexible if you wanted to get off at a roadside stop. Would recommend going early or late as it can get very hot in the bus in the scorching sun:) we had a great experience:))

Wonderful experience - The blue eye, the history information and the museum at the castle and our host was just the best helping us to the places we had to walk.

Comfortable journey although rather long. - Arrived by plane and stayed overnight in Tirana. Took a bus to Saranda, a comfortable journey lasting over 4 hours with a lunchtime stop in a self-service restaurant along the way.

bus tirana saranda - anyone who decides to undertake a trip to Albania without renting a car can rest assured because public transport exists and works quite well, especially in the capital. In particular, for the Tirana - Saranda route, it will be possible to take a first bus which from the city center will take you to the Terminal (0.40 cents) and from there there will then be a bus approximately every hour or half an hour which costs 15 will take you to your destination with an intermediate break. The journey will take approximately 5 hours.

Challenging but cheap - In common with most buses in Albania, ours was almost falling apart. We sat on torn seats with broken armrests in a filthy, decrepit and baking hot enclosure rattling along at an average of 20 miles an hour with no aircon and crackling music wailing from the drivers radio. Frequent stops for parcels and passengers. Windows grey with road dirt, flimsy, translucent curtains hanging in tatters from broken runners giving no shade from the glaring sun. At first the views over the mountains and down to the coast distracted but after two hours they lost their charm and the whole trip was a test of endurance. A five hour journey. But it was cheap.

Paid for a tour but got nothing more than a crowded public bus. - This was very disappointing. We were put on a crowded public bus yet paid about 3 times the normal fare on the expectation that this was some sort of tour. Would not recommend.

Misleading Product - False advertisement. End up taking the standard bus at twice the price. No smaller group as described.

Felt very unsafe - Felt very unsafe. Reckless driving, smoking while driving, eventually even got angry with us when we and another two people wanted to get out because we were driving past the hotel we were staying. Our contact said this was an option because they did it before. Maybe it’s a normal thing the way they drive but this was not okay. I’m used to traffic in indonesia but this man didnt respect the fact he was driving with 20+ people behind him.
