Exploring the beautiful Wadi Shab - Excellent full day tour with our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Khalfan. The water levels in Wadi Shab were higher than normal after the terrible weather a few days earlier, this made crossing the wadi and swimming through it more challenging than expected, but Khalfan was very helpful and reassuring. The scenery is beautiful from the drive out of Muscat, the Wadi and the sinkhole. Recommended.

Fabulous insights across the day with Saif - Maymona helped to organise and Saif was our lovely guide. There was some adverse weather during our trip, very unusual for Oman, but kindly they were flexible with the date. Due to the weather the Wadi was sadly inaccessible, instead Saif fitted in every sight possible - from Bimmah sinkhole, to local farms, to swimming in the Gulf of Oman from the stunning white sands beach, and even the Tropic of Cancer line. The best bit was Saif’s commentary on his amazing home country - such fascinating nature knowledge and local history, truly loved learning more. We were also so happy to have lunch at a local eatery - we have been blessed to travel and taste many cuisines over the years, but Oman’s is our new favourite! We fell immediately love with the beautiful nature and people of Oman. And are already planning our return trip, so much appreciated Saif’s top tips on future itinerary. Thank you!

Amazing tour in Wadis with top class guide Ahmed - Lovely day trip led by Ahmed. My other half and I saw some wonderful sights and we managed to squeeze in an extra stop because we made good time. Think it was fantastic to do this as a smaller more private tour as it allowed for a more tailored experience. Secondly the timing is perfect as we managed to finish the Wadi when the large tour masses were just arriving. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting especially on the fence of whether to go private or a group tour.

Highly recommended!! - My trip’s itinerary has been tailor-made and isn’t here. It’s been a 2day trip: a start in Muscat, overnight in the Wahiba sands desert. The following day in the morning we moved to Wadi Shab, stop over at the Fins Beach and finished at Bimmah Sinkhole, after which came back to Muscat. My guide, Hamood, is local and very experienced. He did my trip absolutely amazing!! I’m very grateful to him: he always ‘run an extra mile’, introduced to me the history and culture of Oman. He also shared some tips for Muscat and local highlights. I felt absolutely safe and trustful as Hamood was very flexible and experienced, he took me to fantastic places, gave me time where I wanted to stay longer. It was just a 2day tour, but felt like it was longer as I’ve visited lot’s locations, plenty of interesting historical and cultural details. Oman is a great country to visit! Highly recommended!!

Truly a memorable adventure - Our driver and guide Nabhan was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. It is not advisable to take this tour without a guide like him. He guided us at every step right from what to carry and what not to carry. He ensured that we are safe and comfortable throughout the experience.

Wonderful day trip at Wadi Shab - Great tour with Amer. He is friendly and patience at attending my family of four. I had a autistic daughter with us who are walking at a slower speed than usual. Amer help us to take care of our daughter on the footing as the trail is quiet challenging for her. It was quiet a long walk but the view was awesome at wadi shab and along the way. Weather now in January is just nice and I truely recommend do it in winter time in Oman.

Great Experience! - We had a wonderful tour today with Amer. He was here to pick us up on time and even contact us 2 days ahead to explained what we should be expecting. It was quite a long walk and things that you should bring along or some of the things that you can rent if necessary such as floating vest. We had our autistic daughter who is quite co- operative today and Amer help us a lot to guide her on the footing and he is patience enough as the speed we are going is a bit slow. Overall it was a good experience for us the whole family. Amer took my son went to swim in the far and deeper part of the wadi for a plunge in experience. Bimmah Sinkhole is also a breathtaking view. Clear water and awesome experience to dip in if you are for it. 👍🏼

Great time and great guide - We had an amazing tour of Wadi Shab and Bimmah Sinkhole thanks to Sunshine Tours and especially our guide Mussab. He was our guide the day before too during a half-day private tour of Muscat (Grand Mosque, Opera House etc.). Mussab was very kind, warm and patient. He was extremely attentive to our needs. Both tours were very organized. We really had a wonderful time and great memories. We would definitely recommend both Sunshine Tours and Mussab for anyone thinking of visiting Oman.
