Amazing experience to learn about the fundamentals of Buddhist religion and philosophy - From the moment I arrived at the Pagoda, I felt very welcomed and beloved. I spent most of my time with the Nuns and the Novices going through their day-to-day life at the monastery and learning more about their rituals and beliefs. I’m immensely grateful for having had the opportunity to meet such heartwarming people. During my stay, I learned about Buddhist meditation and practices, the Buddha teachings as well as the art of Qigong. For the volunteer work, I participated in various activities such as helping in the kitchen, learning how to make different types of baked goods, collecting dry tea leaves, and understanding the clothes-making process at the sewing factory. The food was wonderful with different types of traditional Vietnamese dishes and best of all it was all vegetarian. I left this experience with new friends that I hope to see again in the future.

Amazing immersive experience - I really loved this experience. Not only did I learn the basics of meditation, I was also able to talk to a monk directly who answered all my questions patiently. Hung Nguyen is also a very amazing tour guide always ready to help clarify things and make the experience memorable.
