Beautifup sights and cute animals - Rose was our tour guide and she did an excellent job! She was very knowledgeable and made everything fun~ even riding in the bus! We enjoyed feeding alpacas and watching them run down to us. Nami island was beautiful with many attractions~ we really want to go back and spend more time there. Finally, the garden of morning calm was a gorgeous and tranquil end to our long and exciting day. I would definitely take this tour again and highly recommend!!! *** bring a portable phone charger bc you will be taking a ton of photos.

Great tour - 3/17/24 Katherine-ha was an exceptional tour guide. She organized this wonderful tour concisely. Very specific itinerary, she explained the historical and cultural importance of the places we visited, plus more. She is kind, friendly and helpful. The only downside (for the company?) was: We were all (everyone in the bus) picked-up from the Myeongdong location we opted for, close to our hotels, because it was convenient for us tourists not knowing our way around. We requested to be returned to the original pickup place but was told “no” due to heavy traffic when we return. We were dropped off to a farther location. This was disappointing after a long, cold and tiring 12 hour-day. When we reached the Myeongdong area (original meeting point), after getting lost finding our way back, the traffic was free-flowing since it is a Sunday. Otherwise, really a great day!

Thanks to our guide a really enjoyable day - This tour takes the whole day and starts early in the morning, therefore I was a little hesitant at first. Afterwards I can say that I am happy I took the trip. The highlight was without a doubt the alpaca world. You get closer to these animals than you might expect, which makes it really special. An added bonus to the tour was our guide Katherine, who was always willing to go the extra mile to make the day a special one for all of us. The level of entertainment on the bus was always high thanks to her. Really recommend this tour and S.A. Tour with their guides.

Wonderful Experience at Nami Island Tour and Alpaca World with Alvin - Our recent trip to Nami Island and Alpaca World was an absolute delight, thanks to our humorous and engaging tour guide, Alvin. Despite the rainy weather, the tour was worthwhile and memorable. Alvin’s witty commentary and cheerful personality kept our spirits high throughout the day. He shared fascinating stories and interesting facts about each destination, making the tour both entertaining and educational. Nami Island was breathtaking, even in the rain, with its picturesque landscapes and serene ambiance. Alpaca World was equally enjoyable, as we got to interact with the adorable alpacas up close. Overall, the trip was a fantastic experience, made even better by Alvin's excellent guidance. Highly recommended!

A great experience that would be better if not so rushed - Very full tour with excellent destinations. Possibly too many in the timeframe as guide was always seeming to rush to get to next place. Also drop off points at end of a busy day left many passengers a considerable distance from their accommodation- costs of travel back to hotels!

Should have been a good tour if it pushed through as planned. - We booked Alpaca World, Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm tour, but the day before we were about to go on the tour, the operator contacted us that they did not have enough people join this tour so they cancelled it and offered us a free upgrade to the same tour but with an additional stop at Le Petit France/Italian Village. Since we had no other option at such a last minute, and our objective was really to go to Alpaca World and Nami Island, we decided to take this upgrade. However, it turns out, the areas are so far so we were rushing the whole time. We did not even have time to have a proper lunch meal. I think we only spent a total of 1 hour in Nami Island. In my opinion I think you need at least 2 hours in Nami Island as it's so beautiful, but we barely explored the island. By the time we reached the Garden of Morning Calm (which was absolutely beautiful and worth the trip), the sun had already set and so we were rushing through the gardens. I think we only had 30 minutes of light before it became dark. Our tour guide, Lena, was very cheerful and helpful. We were such a big group so she managed as best as she could, but because she was always rushing us, most of the other people in the group were not happy about it. It would also probably help if the tour operator had a flag they can raise up so we can easily find our tour guide. We were all lost during the pickup in the morning because the meeting point was so big and there were so many people. During the tour, Lena basically ended up shouting for the various group numbers (we were 15 groups in our tour) to check if everyone is complete before moving to the next stop. There should be a more efficient way. I would recommend this tour, but skip the Le Petit France/Italian Village. More time in Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm would have been better (which was our original booking).
