Fun filled family day to Nikko - Shan arrived ahead of time at the hotel, warmly greeted us and briefly explained our trip. Throughout the day , he was alert, took us to all attractions and drove us back safely. We always felt safe and secure. As a family, we enjoyed every attraction and spent adequate time feeling the past glory. A very memorable trip.

Beautiful Nikko/ Fabulous driver - We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful Nikko. Our guide, Shan Juttt, was extremely helpful, communicated well, and held a good amount of knowledge and was both patient and managed to keep everything on time so that we didn't miss anything. A trip I would definitely recommend.

Guide was very friendly and informative. We had a great time - Its an amazing destination, and the guide Hammad took us to very interesting and culturally relevant locations. He was quite well informed on the historical aspects of each location and it was overall a delightful trip.

One Day Private Tour Nikko Tochigi only for Your Family by car - We've just had an imaging private Tour to Nikko Tochigi with Jamil. This is our first time for me and my wife in Tokyo. We're very much enjoy the tour from beginning to end with Jamil. He's very well English speaking, entertaining and excellent driver. We've learned more information about Japanese Shrine, Lakes and beautiful water falls. We appreciate all the expertise and patience. Definitely, we will come back to visit Japan and use your service in the near future.

Nikko Toshogu Shrine Sightseeing - Thank you to our driver, Ahsan. I was with my elderly mother at Nikko Toshogu Shrine on a Saturday during the tourist season, but he took care to consider the crowds and other factors, and we were able to get to all of our destinations smoothly. It was a very enjoyable memory.

Wonderful Nikko Visit - everything to see in this tour is wonderful. The shrines in Nikko were spectacular as well as the lake and Kegan Falls. Ahsan, our tour guide, was very acommodating and willing to adjust our itinerary when requested. Thank you Ahsan for a wonderful day!

Nikko is amazing - Nikko was amazing. It was beautiful as well as historical. Our guide was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of.

Not a tour - Our driver was great, but it was not a tour. We were taken to three sights in Nikko, and the driver did a great job, but we were expecting a guide to explain what we were seeing. We didn't get that. We paid a lot for a driver. I contacted the company and they said how knowledgeable our driver was. Maybe so, but he didn't share the knowledge with us.

Bad experience with Viator. - The most memorable part was the guide provided by Viator was not a licensed guide. He didn’t go with us to the attractions. He only took us there to tour by ourselves. We were not told or being explained the significance of the the place. We’d be better off just take a train or bus to go there by ourselves. We’ll never use Viator again.

Disgusting tour vehicle - Very disappointed with the tour today to Nikko from Tokyo. We paid over $837 for a 13-passenger LUXURY vehicle for the day-long trip negligently advertised on TripAdvisor. The vehicle was not a luxury vehicle, and was filthy dirty. The driver had no obvious tour guide experience; never discussed anything of historical or touristic significance, and could barely be understood in English. However, Hasan was a very pleasant person and nice. Unfortunately, he drove way too fast on the mountainous curves and switchbacks all the way to Kegon Falls; 2 of the 7 passengers became very sick, one vomiting in a trash bag in the car with no with no assistance from the driver after many requests to pull over.  Also, the vehicle was advertised for 13 passengers; the seven of us barely fit in the vehicle. The old van had bever been cleaned: reeked of b.o. and garbage, trash everywhere, torn curtains, busted cup holders, exposed ceiling wiring, and caked dirt everywhere. We took over 20 photos of the condition of the vehicle and asked Nihon Horizon Tours (Ezar) for some relief compensation and were totally ignored. Horrible experience. Never again. Be warned!!
