Experience the valley in a unique way, by moving your body in an outdoor, scenic yoga studio. Out session is held next to the Soča River, where you can hear the sounds of the water and have amazing views in every direction of the surrounding nature and mountains. Our yoga instructor is a local who has great knowledge of the surrounding area and can provide input on where to go for the best experiences. Lindsey has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, she will provide you with a beginner-friendly class that will keep your body feeling good for all your adventure activities while in Soča Valley!

SUP YOGA highly recommended - Woow what an experience! My friends and I went half day private SUP yoga on Lago del Predil with Lindsey, highly recommended! She’s amazing yoga teacher in general but SUP yoga is next level. Some of us were complete beginners (never stood on SUP before and also never tried yoga before), while others were advanced yogis. Lindsey adapted the lesson to all of us, patiently explained poses to beginners and challenged the advanced yogis. And the best part is that she made it very personal and fun!
Overall a fun day! Would definitely recommend it to groups of friends, colleagues and even families, as it’s easy and safe way to enjoy the beautiful nature around Lago del Predil.
