The guide that took the double decker to a third floor. - It was an amazing experience originally I had no interest in seeing london as I only wanted to use London as a connection to Ireland and Scotland. After taking the tour for 1.5 hrs it made me regret not trying to explore more of london. Our tour guide Owen was smart and funny he solely sold the town. He was able to peak interest out of every passenger and touch on all of the cultures that have touched the history of London. Well doing this he found a way of making the tour not only informational but also humorous. As he had a great sense of humor I would gladly pay to have him be a guide for something as blah as a landfill for he was that good.

Top view 2024 August 1-3rd - We booked this tour through a lovely lady, who was helpful, explaining the routes but that was it, once we paid, we went to get the bus, to which we was simply ushered on, we didn’t even know which route we was taking, until the first landmark; we stayed on this route until one of our party members got motion sickness along the route, the first bus driver young lad well it was very harsh breaking, very jerky on his breaks it was awful ride, we got off not knowing much as we was all trying not to be sick from the driving experience which was an experience, to which it came to go back on the day after and it was all thanks to our driver KEVIN who explained the routes; told us what we needed and what will happen and he made our previous visit actual worth it, Unfortunately we got off on the route on Oxford street due to the protesters on Hyde park which was causing a lot of diversions and traffic jams. Kevin explained the times for the bus operating and where the last stop will be which was 8pm at Victoria tube station just past Buckingham palace, he also told us it starts at 8:30am I do feel I paid a lot of money for what experience we received. Will I book/recommend this bus company again most probably not due to the bad experience on day one. But thanks to Kevin our day 2 made the money we had pay out a bit worth while only a bit. He made the experience for our little girl she got to see what she wanted to see, all thanks for sharing the information, and routes locations I need for my little one to achieve this. Thank you. But honestly thank you to KEVIN

TopView !! No view of buses - Booked this bus tour after visiting Tower of London. The salesman promised us we would get to see everything we wanted and us next morning to go to Kings cross train station. What a load of cobblers. At a price of £70 for the two of us we got on the bus corner of tower bridge and were given ear phones. One of the speaker systems was damaged were we where seated so had to share. Our destination was Kensington palace and we were told by the salesman no problem, ride the red route then the blue. Got of at stop 1 on red route and asked about blue route. Staff there unhelpful and rude, just wanted to get home. Waited a while and then decided to walk there through Hyde park and Kensington park as was closing shortly. When we left the palace we went to stop 28 outside palace gate and waited for a a bus . This was approx 6.30 . We waited half an hour no TopView bus but plenty of other hop on buses passed. So decided to walk to stop 23 and waited again another half hour and the same, no TopView buses passed. Asked a couple of drivers of rival bus companies if one was coming but got no response ( think they are sick of that question). In the end got the tube back to Covent garden so £70 for a single trip. Where told buses we every 15 min Buses stopped at Covent garden Buses went to Kings cross All above a pack of lies. Tell you anything to get you to buy tickets. Do not use this company. Do not use this

Big load of NOPE - Waste of money - traffic was terrible. Then when we finally got going, the bus driver stopped and spent 15min signing up some new passenger. Basically we could have covered more ground in that amount of time if we would have walked.

Avoid top view at all costs - We were exhausted and were so excited to meet a tour guide from topview who was able to offer us a way to see the rest of London easily. The guide was friendly and informative so we decided to purchase a 24 hour pass. The first half of the day was decent. There was some excessive waiting - we were told buses came every 15 min and ends at 8 (with a last pick up at 6), which wasn’t the case. In fact, I noticed every other hop on/hop off bus frequent the stops before even one of our buses showed up. We ended up needing a taxi to end our day because our bus never showed up (at 6). The following day there was a disruption to the routes and we again got stuck somewhere and needed a taxi. This was of no fault of topview, but no one could give us correct information. We regrouped at our hotel and planned the route for the remainder of the time we had left on the pass. We went to the next pick up stop and spoke to a topview guide who gave us incorrect information and lied telling us he was extending our ticket for the trouble. i watched him fake a phone call and then he told us just to tell the bus driver. I figured the tickets were not going to work but we tried anyway at the next stop that was far from our hotel. Shocker - they didnt work. The tour guy told the driver to let us on and the driver said no. They called customer service who didnt answer. I am less frustrated about the money and more about the wasted hours we spent walking and waiting. We lost hours due to this company. All the other companies had numerous buses available. I normally do better research but we were just ready for a ride. Dont use topview at all. we still have yet to get a response from them. They are not worth the cost.

Bad experience - My family and I recently used this bus to get around the city. They have a small amount buses so it is very difficult to get a bus when you need it unlike some other companies. The employees constantly lied to my family with one lie being they would extend our ticket. We then proceeded to go far away from our room and they would not let us on the bus. There are definitely much cheaper and much better options to choose from.

Not enough buses - Dont hire top view. Hire any other tour buses company. Top view have very few buses and there are long waiting to hop on.

Scammers - Do not purchase tickets in advance with this company. Buy from the street hop on hop off sales reps. Driver didn’t stop at stop 33. Most stops were cancelled without our knowledge due to a pride parade. Still fighting for refund. Customer service is horrible and hung up on me when I explained my predicament while walking for over 2 hours .
