Amazing trip - I loved the trip with Airlink Tours. They have an excellent customer service. Bus was very clean and the tour guide haroon is very friendly and nice. Will definitely go through them again when i come here next time. I highly recommend everyone to go through them.

Niagara falls tour - Fantastic tour and very well organised. Tour leader has a good knowledge of all the areas visited. Loved Niagara by the lake with all its little shops.

Excellent guide - We booked last minute and everything was perfect including the weather! But a special was the staff, both the driver and the guide were just perfect. Excellent lunch at the Sheraton with view on.the falls.

The BEST Niagara Falls Bus Tour - My wife and I had an ABSOLUTELY fantastic day with Airlink Niagara Falls Bus Tour!! The bus was beautiful and comfortable. Haroon, our guide, was just amazing and very accommodating. The cruise under the falls was an experience we will never we will never forget and our lunch overlooking the falls simply pushed it over the top!! We also had a great tme at the wine tasting and the Niagara-On-The-Lake. I highly recommend this trip. I plan on doing it again with my entire family very soon!!

Flawless Travel, Informative Guide, Beautiful Day - We called the first tour company, but something did not feel right (cash only, no hotel pickup). We then checked with our hotel desk and they recommended Airlink Tours. Great recommendation! The driver, Haroon, picked us up at the hotel front door, 15 minutes early. He explained the day's itinerary as he visited 2 additional hotels to pick up passengers. Van was comfortable, Haroon, our guide was very knowledgeable because he had personally participated in all the tour activities before. Scenic drive, no waiting in line to go directly to Niagara tour ( the public lines were long...but not for us). Visited behind the falls, ate the optional buffet lunch...one family ate on their own at Hard Rock Café. Viewed the Rapids, Floral Clock, World's Smallest Wedding Chapel, ate ice cream, Wine Tasting at Lakeview Winery. Strolled the street shops at Niagara-on-the-Lake village. One family did the optional helicopter ride. About a 10 hour day. Payment wasn't required until the end. We definitely tipped the guide...he was really good. Small group (nine people total in group from Mexico, US, and UK). Highly recommend this tour company. No complaints or problems at all.

The Magnificent Niagara Falls with Airlink - There are not enough words to describe the Niagara Falls! Our tour included the boat trip: A lot of fun and mist :-) Then you can enjoy a great view to the entire Falls from the top of the Sheraton Hotel, and later on to have a closer look at Niagara's "horseshoe." You can feel the power and magic of one of the greatest natural beauties! I was amazed watching the people from all over the world: Everyone looked happy, full of joy, and relaxed. The same relaxed mood will accompany you during your walk in the picturesque town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Famous Ice wine (at a wine tasting in one of the Ontario region wineries) is probably too sweet for wine lovers, but it is worth tasting. A lovely surprising gift from Airlink will be a nice reminder of your trip to the Falls!

Excellent Tour with Airlink - My cousin and myself did this tour on 13th June 2018 and we both had a wonderful time. Our tour guide Alicia was very knowledgeable, entertaining and really good fun. I must also comment on our very safe and courteous driver Ilahi. We had lunch at the Sheraton and was pleased that we did as the food was very tasty. We enjoyed all aspects of this tour and would highly recommend this tour company (Airlink tours) to anyone wanting a good day our to Niagara Falls. Thank you Airlink.

Amazing and unforgettable Niagara Falls tours! - The views were awesome! And our tour guide , Haroon, was knowlegeable and accommodating in taking our pictures!

Not luxury - I had a fun day overall however there were a few let downs Pros: - Niagra falls was great, we had plenty of time to explore and see both viewpoints (American/Canadian) - The tower had a great view of the falls and we had complimentary tickets as apart of the tour - Visited the smallest chapel in the world which had a great store with local produce - Visited a local village which was beautiful and one of the best parts, however, we only had 30 minutes to explore and had to get a coach into the town. We could have easily spent an hour or two at this location. Cons: - The food buffet was really bad, probably the worst buffet meals I've ever had and put a downer on our trip, we all felt sick after this experience - One of the stops was local gift shop which was tacky and a total was of time - The cost was one of the biggest disappointments of this trip, for the price point you would think that this would be a premium experience as its almost double any other tour guide/trip. We didn't feel that there were any particular points in this trip that were unique or different to any of the other operators. - The boat was closed because of the season, this was out of control by the tour operator but they did not let us know before we had booked the tickets that the boat was closed this time of year. This was disappointing as they only told us this once we were approaching the falls. In summary, If you can drive then I would suggest planning your own trip as a lot of the stops I found tacky and touristic and if you're looking for something premium then I would not suggest this tour guide
