Nice experience - It was great, the trip in general and falls in particular. It was a visit during the winter, and I would recommend to do it in a warmer season.

Amazing - The driver was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The drive was smooth and didn’t feel long because he was talking and sharing Toronto history. Will definitely be back in the summer. P.s wish we knew his name so we could request him!

Twilight skies, misty air, bright colors on spectacular falls - The twilight cruise to the Falls is the best. The Falls are lit with warm colors that bring the already vibrant natural waters to even greater life beneath the evening light shrouded by the awesome mist of the roiling water, punctuated by the thunder of the falling water.

Great experience - The highlight was the boat, we made it just before sunset and it was good fun. A good camera will help. There are a couple of stops which help break up the journey. A bit of a long journey back but worth the journey.

Wonderful tour - I really this tour. We did the boat trip in the daytime and got to see the fireworks and the falls lit up at night. We had a ice wine tasting at Trius Winery and a fantastic dinner overlooking the falls.

Most beautiful thing ever - The bus was an hour delayed, but still found time to take us to the winery to try ice wine (delicious). View from the deck on the Sheraton dinner was awesome but the food was not worth it - next time I would get the package without food. Honestly all in all, this was probably the best deal to see everything at the Falls. Will do it again next time

Great Evening Tour - Tour Director needed help - We were just on the evening Niagara Falls Cruise. It was everything explained to you. However the tour director had a difficult time keeping track of everyone. He kept counting instead of calling names. I have been on many tours where the directors provide little points of interest during the drive. We heard about his family trips. The dinner is great but I do not see the reason to rush when we had 2 hours to wait for the fireworks after the boat ride. Then our director announced he would try to drop us all at our hotels. Everything worked out but just some annoyances. Oh and we got our bottle of water and bag on the journey home. The tour itself was good.

Think About It! - I booked a trip with my granddaughter because I've done this trip several times before and it seems to be an easy way to get from Toronto to Niagara Falls. This was by far the worst - much of it was due to circumstances beyond their control - some of it wasn't. The traffic was awful - we left an hour and a half late and wasted 45 minutes waiting for the bus to pick us up. The drive was terrible also due to traffic, so we were running further behind. The stop at the winery was about long enough to use the restroom since we were so late, and even though the drive is long and boring we felt rushed with the driver honking the horn to hurry back to the bus. Dinner was great, but I wondered aloud why there weren't any boats out. We didn't have time to spend worrying about that, because we had to rush back to the bus to visit Table Rock, which we had to skip on the way up due to time. After Table Rock the guide gave us the news that the boats were not going to be running due to high water. What a disappointment! The only reason almost everyone on the tour was there was to have the boat experience, and I'm sure the tour company should have known there was a possibility of that, since the guide said it was his fourth visit to the falls that week. At any rate, they substituted Behind the Falls, which is also a good experience, but it's not the boat. After the fireworks the guide told us he had a little surprise for us - it was that we circled back to almost where we started, adding another 30-45 minutes to our day, for no good reason. Then a person who had missed the bus also missed the alternate bus they'd arranged to take her back to Toronto, so we had to go back yet AGAIN to pick her up. It was a dreadfully long day and half the bus got off at the first stop in the city to find their own way home. If this trip goes well it's long and pretty much boring except for the falls. If it doesn't go well it's a lot of lost time if you only have a few days in the city.
