Tour included Niagara on the Lake, then a drive to the actual Falls, and a very memorable trip on the boat to the bottom of the fall

Great tour - I searched and searched for a tour that met my needs. This one was the closest. The guide was informative, friendly and enthusiastic. The focus of the stops was the falls. Timing for all events was fine. I wish there had been a stop and time factored in for the Skylon Tower with advance tickets.

Superb Niagara Excursion - 100% value for money. Got to see everything that was important to see, the transport was comfortable and on time, and our Tour Guide, Mike, wonderfully blended humour, local knowledge & professionalism.

Do it! - A trip to Niagara falls is a must if you're visiting Toronto for the first time. Miko was a great tour guide and did a good job explaining things and telling us funny stories

Wet and wonderful. Trip of a lifetime. - Going right up to the falls on the hornblower boat. Could have done without the thunderstorm that came after we took our ponchos off, got soaked again.

Reservation not honored! - We booked this trip one month prior and it was confirmed. On the day of the trip, the driver did not let us in the bus and said that I would get a call from the owner. The owner called me and said, a large group with two unreserved people showed up and they gave our spots to these two people. He offered to refund our tickets and pay for that day's boat ride. But we had to arrange our bus to Niagara Falls on our own. Another option is to do the tour on a different day which is supposed to rain. We paid and took the bus and eventually got on the boat. The two free tickets to the boat is a very small fraction of the cost of stress, anxiety and aggravation. The owner was apologetic but we're extremely disappointed!
