The event unfolds in Montgrí Natural Park. Each individual will be guided by a personal monitor as they delve to depths of 7-10 meters.
Significant: Individuals suffering from asthma, epilepsy, pulmonary disorders, cardiac issues, ruptured eardrums, diabetes or circulatory system diseases are required to produce a relevant medical certification to participate in this exercise.
Those pregnant or past sufferers of pneumothorax are ineligible for this exercise.
- Important: People with asthma, epilepsy, lung diseases, heart problems, perforated eardrums, diabetes or vascular diseases must present a specific medical certificate to carry out the activity. Pregnant or people who have suffered pneumothorax cannot perform the activity.

Amazing experience - Amazing experience today with the try to dive tour! They explained everything amazingly and because it was our first time they took the time to explain everything which felt really welcoming and helpful! I would recommend anyone to do the try to dive tour because it gives you the first feelings about diving and you will see the amazing seaworld the Costa Brava has!
