Amazing views, and an amazing captain! - Sandro was the sweetest captain! He is very knowledgeable on the islands, and knows the best places to swim. The water was so refreshing to swim in. Sandro also took us to the perfect spot for lunch! I highly recommend booking with him. This day was my favorite part of my trip to Italy :)

Amazing time on the Egadi islands - We were late and they were so accommodating. Dino was an excellent tour guide. He was such a gentleman and has a good command of English. He has explained the places and answered most of our questions. He never hurried us and that is very important when on vacation. Thanks Dino for the great service.

Boat Tour Trip! - Had an amazing experience with Sandro. We visited Favignana and Levanzo, it was truly fun! He explained to us some interesting facts about it too! Managed to eat good local food too shown by him! Would definitely recommend for a trip here!

Wonderful landscape with crystal clear water - Excellent tour!! I went with my 80 year old mother which was a challenge. Sandro was very kind, helping at every moment. Top experience - What can I say... fantastic experience thanks to the expert guide of Alessandro, very kind and friendly who, in addition to giving us useful advice for getting around the different coves and the islands of Favignana and Levanzo, generously offered us food and drinks. Absolutely worth repeating and recommending.

Poor service and too expensive - This is a straightforward tour. Our Tourist Lines skipper didn't have to do much - get clients onto a motor boat; cruise out to two islands with a few stopovers for swims and a break for lunch; bring them back. He's doing exactly the same as several other companies located on the same stretch of harbour at Trapani, which is packed with tourists even at the end of September. So he and his competitors have a captive audience, and in my opinion it shows in the poor level of service that we received. When my wife and I arrived we couldn't find a parking space, so he suggested we just drive around the side streets and keep looking. Still no spaces. There was in fact a free car park at a breakwater 5 mins' walk away, but we only found that out from an American couple doing the same tour as us. The tour company says on its website that it provides snorkels during the swim stopovers - it doesn't - and the advertised food and drink en route could barely be classed as snacks - a few grapes, a chickpea fritter and one bottle of prosecco between 10 of us. At one of the swim stops we encountered jellyfish, news he greeted with a shrug, and he didn't seem at all bothered when one of the Americans got stung, which brought up huge welts on her leg. Fortunately we'd brought some antihistamines along. He'd also bigged up a restaurant on Favignana, where we went for lunch on his recommendation with the promise of a 15% discount off the bill. The food was the worst and the most expensive we had during our 10-day stay on Sicily, and the discount turned out to be only 8%. The islands are beautiful and the water is clear. This is an easy way of experiencing them, and Tourist Lines charge the same for their tour as the other companies do. But for 75 euros per person for what amounts to little more than a glorified taxi service, we still felt ripped off.
