What a great experience - The food tour was amazing. We got to stop at 3 different places. The charro (oldest Mexican restaurant in the U.S.), the HUB and La Monica for desert. Brian, our guide was amazing!!!

Not to be missed. - This tour was fabulous. At each stop the food was awesome. I would recommend doing this at the start of your trip as we would have loved to have the time to back to all of the places, and try some of the others she mentioned too. Our guide, Karen Brown, is the best! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and very personable. Have been on food tours in several cities and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. This is a MUST DO.

Yum! A fun filled and interesting activity. - Wow! Karen was a really great tour guide. Not only did we have several delicious plates of food, but she was a font of interesting facts about the history and culture of Tucson. Karen was very patient with our questions and our walking pace. I'd definitely recommend this tour for anyone who loves good food and wants to learn more about the city itself. Pat

Worthwhile Family Activity - My wife, daughter and I had taken this tour several years ago and enjoyed it. With two siblings and their spouses coming to Tucson for a birthday celebration, I thought that the tour would be the perfect way to expose them to Tucson's history and gastronomy. Our guide, Karen, did a masterful job. As a former teacher and tour guide, I was impressed with her knowledge, pacing and her ability to "read" her audience. The historical information was interesting and the restaurant stops offered a good variety of food and drinks. Our party of eight agreed that this was a special experience. Highly recommended. Fun, Food and some history thrown in. - I recently went on the Tucson Food Tour with Karen as our guide. She was lots of fun to be with, besides leading the food tour to the different places, she also gave us the story behind each stop, and some history about downtown Tucson. If you are able, I would highly recommend going on the Tucson Food Tour and ask for Karen to be your guide.
