Plane delayed 12 hours rerouting... - <p>Plane delayed 12 hours rerouting changed flights so that group of 9 arrived at 2 different times. Made 1 phone call. Driver was there waiting for both groups!</p>

Our travel plans were disrupted by... - <p>Our travel plans were disrupted by snow at home and we arrived two days later than expected. The company honoured our booking and th driver was waiting fo us. Although we had only booked for two, the company said it was okay for our daughter to meet us and she came back in the car with us. A great way to start our holiday.</p>

We had been on a tour for 3 weeks... - <p>We had been on a tour for 3 weeks and were very tired. It was wonderful to get off the plane and have our driver waiting for us and to take us directly to our hotel. <br/> This was just a layover to catch our next plane home in the morning. He was there the next morning on time and got us to the airport with no problems.</p>

Good Airport to Hotel Transfer - Very comfortable service and the driver was able to provide some good information about Australia and Melbourne - we had a great chat. Only one item to improve - throughout the booking, it was clear the driver was to meet me outside of arrivals with a card with my name on it. That did not happen. The driver sent me a text (SMS) message asking for a reply once I cleared customs. I was not expecting that and after a long flight, was tired and did not have my phone on. I eventually called the company (international phone number was provided thank goodness), then noticed the SMS message, and all was sorted out quickly. However, it is important that information within the booking reflects what actually needs to happen on arrival to avoid confusion in the future. Had I been expecting a text message, I would have turned my phone on right away. However, it all ended well and I got to my hotel quickly.

Airport transfer remains in very bad memory - We arrived at the baggage carousel about an hour later due to the plane delay. There the arrival of the flight was recognizable and the people picking them up can go directly to the baggage carousel. But no transfer driver with pickup sign to see. After wandering around several airport terminals for over 30 minutes, I found him at another exit with my name on a mobile phone. He then ran in front of us at a fast pace without turning around to look at us (both 79 years old). Then he opened the trunk and asked us to heave the suitcases in ourselves, same thing at the end. At the destination of our transfer he pulled up on a busy street and pointed to the house number but we didn't see any hotel, this hotel was on the side street and we had to wheel our suitcases there. A rude driver with a black hat.\n

VERY Poor service - Epected the driver to be waiting outside arrivals with our name on a board , There many drivers with name boards. Had then to find number to ring. Mobile was out of battery so had to use pay phone. Lucky I had Australian coins. They said he had sent a text to phone him when w arrive, mumbled something about cost of parking. Eventually drive arrived after about half an hour wait. Very disappointed not the way to start our visit to Australia after a long flight from Hong Kong. The driver somehow implied it was our fault.
